Lovely family atmosphere, friendly and helpful staff.

The hotel has lovely clean rooms, good sizes. Very well situated near the station and town. The staff are well informed and helpful. There is a good choice of breakfast. As my husband has mobility problems, a handle higher on the shower wall would have been helpful, but that is the only small snag.

Good value hotel in easy walk distance of Thonon centre.

Hotel was fine with good facilities. The bed was comfortable and the great. The balcony looked over the garden and the really nice swimming pool. Staff were helpful and breakfast was good.

Very comfortable place to stay within the budget. However I recommend to the owner to provide conditioner for the bathroom and also think abiut those guests that may arrrive late. My experience ended to be a pleasant one, but if Hotels.com wasn't able to contact the hotel regarding my late arrival, it may have ended to a not so pleasant one.

The staff from the front desk to the breakfast area was great, very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean. The location is good, quiet place. Our room had a nice view over the garden and pool. The breakfast choice and quality was great.

The kids likes the upstairs loft! Room is clean. Reasonably priced. Just building stairway smells unpleasant.

Stopped here for a few nights to visit son who was doing ski season. Great base and enjoyed a few walks into town and around the lake. Nice clean location and lots of cafes and eating houses somewhat more reasonably priced than the ski resorts...

Could not fault this hotel for the short time we were there. Free parking, very central. Would recommend it to anyone and would stay there again.

Hotel comfortable, staff very helpful, price reasonable. Only downside that the walking route into town was across a building site.

Hotel staff pleasant and helpful. Hotel room dated and tired. Towels needed replacing, refrigerator needed to be operating. wifi I turned off in the late evening which did not help overseas guests.

The hotel is a little dated, but is very clean and functional.

People were friendly and helpful. The room had a very nice balcony on the backside of the building. We were able to walk around town from the hotel. The underground garage is a little awkward but serves mostly as an overflow lot.

5 minutes walk to town, pleasant friendly and helpful staff. Large room and booking room with kitchenette made stay even better. Thonon a good base for the area with range of shops, a market and restaurants.
