It is definitely an older property that needs lots of maintenance. Great for families with younger kids. Left stuff in a suite before moving to another suite and it “disappeared”. It was okay, not where I set my bar. Wouldn’t do it again.

This is my 3rd time staying in this resort. Staff are very welcoming and friendly!! Facilities are well Maintained.. definitely a good resort to be staying with a big family..

Water slide and Mini Golf was the main attraction.

The resort is well run with excellent staff. My only issue was that there was no infant toddler pool for small children to wade in. Wish it was closer to the beach. Like the fact the beds were solid to the floor which makes it easier not to lose toys or socks.

Room was clean. Check-in was efficient. Furniture is low-quality ikea and sofa-bed was broken.

The condo we stayed at wasn't very clean and equipped with everything one would need for cooking, etc. The staff are amazing! Very friendly and helpful. They took care of matters immediately. I haven't experienced this kind of service in years! We really enjoyed the beaches that were so close by. The river is beautiful and very shallow right now. The pool was the perfect temperature and felt so good in the morning. I especially enjoyed the beautiful artwork along the fencing of the property. They have the best ice cream cones and their convenience store stocked a little of everything for reasonable prices. I am booked to stay here again next month.

Fun for families! The life guard at the pools & waterslide did a great job. He was patient & attentive.

We stayed in a two bedroom deluxe cabin. We can't say enough about how much we loved this resort. It was our first stay and we will return. The staff were great. We arrived before check-in time, and the nice woman at reception let us park near our cabin, which wasn't yet ready, and gave us our bracelets and towels so we could use the pool. The housekeeping staff promptly went to clean our room and told us when it was ready. The lady in the store let my daughter have a slushie for a discount because we didn't have correct change. When we ran out of propane, workers came over and changed the tank for no fee. There were constantly workers maintaining the grounds. The cabin was lovely. Two bedrooms with comfy beds, closet space and air conditioners. The stand up shower had good water pressure. The kitchen was well equipped, and they even left bottled water in the fridge for us. There were stainless appliances including a full sized fridge/freezer, stove, oven and microwave, as well as a Keurig coffee maker, kettle, toaster and everything needed to cook and serve. A small sectional in the living room turns into a bed. There are flat screen tvs in the living room and main bedroom. The barbecue worked well and had tools. Propane was provided. There is a wood fire ring and picnic table behind each unit. The pool was busy, but had lots of seating. The waterslides were FUN. We highly recommend this resort, and can't wait to return.

We love the place and it’s pet friendly, which is important to us. The staff work hard here and do a great job, and it’s a fun place to bring pre-teens. The pool and play area are fine and there is a lifeguard on duty. That being said, the room smelled like the previous pet and the resort is starting to feel a bit dated. Our kids are also aging out of the resort’s amenities. We have done 4 consecutive summer vacations here and stayed in each of the available rooms. The separate cabins were our fave overall.

My children walked into our room (1 bedroom split level) and were blown away, they said this was the best place we've ever stayed. And for context, last summer we stayed at a Disney World hotel. It was great, thank you!

The one thing that really stood out to us here was the staff. They were so pleasant, helpful and accommodating. We felt welcomed form the moment we arrived. The property is very cute and nostalgic. The mini golf, waterslides/pool that is included in your stay is a nice touch! The location is amazing being a short walk to the beach and minutes away from other amenities. The family condo was spacious and had all the kitchen essentials needed. The convenience store on site was stocked with everything you may need and the ice cream was SO yummy! Our AC unit was leaking upon arrival but they promptly assisted and corrected the issue within a reasonable timeline and this did not effect our stay one bit. This is such a great spot for families and we would recommend this place over and over!

Great for kids. They were on the waterslide most of the day. Cabin was cute and clean. Had a great time.

The unit was very nicely stocked with dishes and utensils. Microwave, coffee maker, frig with freezer. Everything is good. The staff were very pleasant and very helpful and we had so much fun with the mini golf.
