The hotel even looks old, but still managed very well. The front office can speak English well. Breakfast good. Near shopping area, just walk around 10 min to see Shanghai Bund.

The hotel is unsatisfactory because we check in at 14:30. When I entered the hotel room, I hadn't cleaned it, how come the hotel was at a 4-star level, the management was in shambles with no coordination. Forced to wait another 15 minutes to be cleaned.

The shower in the bathroom flows strong, likes it and can adjust the heat. Okay. Housekeepers come to set up the bed. Fill up the water and clean the room every day.
