The hot water in the shower did not work properly. It took a long time to warm up, about 2+ minutes, and even then it never got hot. The shower was poorly designed because it wet the whole bathroom floor. Breakfast was good but had many tables that were not bussed, so I had to clear a table myself. Also, the food was not replenished accordingly. They run out of many things… even coffee and tea cups. Upon checking in the reception was not friendly. However upon checkout the reception was helpful and friendly. Overall, I was disappointed as there were many other hotels to choose from. The location was good, however.

Best shower in Europe! Also very comfortable bed and pillow. Close to restaurants and trains/bus. Would be nice to have a full bar!

Nice staff, clean and comfortable room although little dated and tiny bathroom. Quiet hotel with on-site parking, although limited number of spots. Central location. Decent breakfast.

No safe in room. It was not possible to have breakfast in the hotel together with friends from outside (of course we would have had paid for their consumption. Therefore we had to skip the hotel breakfast and get the food outside

The blond woman working at the desk on Sunday evening, April 27, and other times, was extremely helpful and professional. She does outstanding work. Your tapas are an excellent idea and very good, as is your breakfast. Superb hotel and atmosphere.

Centro hotel is well located in the center of the city and very close to the river and the main market square. The breakfast is great - best coffee i had in Finland. The rooms are well done. The only thing i was missing was a safe. There is a safe in the office but would prefer to have one in the room.

Hotel staff were lovely and I was offered early access to my room which was convenient. Loved the breakfast options.

Comfortable room, but a little hot at night as only a fan and no a/c. Fabulous breakfast, but a shame they feel it necessary to charge extra for a decent coffee. Could have done better on the eco by not unnecessarily replacing all the used towels every day, even if hung to dry..

The pictures and descriptions on websiye make this hotel seem nicer than it actually is. Freight style elevator, dim hallways, windows without screens. Breakfast had many cold items available, was hoping for at least one warm thing other than porridge. All room views are to a parking lot. Curtain in room was tan and not light blocking, so even with it closed sunlight comes into room by 6AM. Sauna is extra charge. On the good side, shower water pressure and temperature were good, comfortable mattress and pillows, television a decent viewing size, easy to walk into town center and along the river. All in all, thete are nicer hotels closeby for just $20 more per night.

Clean, modern toim. Very small and somewhat claustrofobic. Vire to a windowless wall, could not se the sky. The breakfast was excellent.
