Disappointing. Bed was terrible, very hard and old, room was way too hot to sleep every night with no AC. Restaurant was OK for breakfast, but service at dinner was absolutely awful - took 25 minutes just to get a menu, despite the restaurant not being busy, as staff were too busy chatting among themselves. One star for the location, and some of the staff are good, but overall this is a very poorly run hotel and fails miserably at the core hotel function of being a comfortable room to sleep. Awful.

The lobby was lovely, breakfast was excellent every morning with lots of options and tons of fresh healthy food. The staff was extremely accommodating and helpful, had great experiences with everyone we interacted with. We had some trouble with our original booking and the hotel was extremely helpful and went out of their way to make sure we had a good stay and were fairly compensated for the issue. Location right across the lake was perfect. Would definitely come again!

The rooms need to be updated. Old furniture, but very spacious. Great location and view to the Volcano. Breakfast is a plus. Very good . We had a great stay.
