The whole experience was exceptional

Very nice stay in perfect location. Probably the nicest Coutyard we've stayed in.

We love this hotel!! Great proximity to all shopping and restaurants! Clean and staff friendly. Right next to a great little outdoor area where there’s an awesome bar.

The hotel is right in the middle of the action, and the bar area outside the hotel seems to be a popular attraction for visitors and locals alike.

Have stayed here several times for baseball tournaments. Always clean and enjoyable. Mobile checking allows for a late arrival, but the staff members are always available to help. Beautiful location!

Everything about the Courtyard by Marriott Greenville Downtown Greenville, South Carolina was top notch. We will definitely be staying here again when we travel.

Easy and early check in . Hassle free.

The hotel was nice overall but the carpet in the room had a bad smell and the refrigerator was too small.

This was our 30th anniversary. Unfortunately we had an emergency and couldn’t use our stay. We requested a refund, it was denied. Hotels.com blamed the hotel, the hotel blamed Hotels.com. We are disappointed in both!

Close to everything

The room was less than clean. Very surprised for this hotel because we usually are very happy with these hotels. The side of the bed had a puddle of water that we have no idea what the water came from and the headboard was filthy with something.

Everything was good until the elevator we took dropped a floor and half. We told customer service and she kinda shrugged it off. We had to sit for a while before we attempted to take it again, due to the fact the other one was out of service.

The property was near the Peace Center where we had tickets and could easily walk,
