We stayed for one night and it was as expected. Room was clean and comfy but pillow was too soft. Breakfast was not worth 14 euro for what was offered. Location is in a good place. Best bit for us was the hotel having a pool table, as it kept my teenage son and myself with something to entertain us with.

The hotel is old . The staff is nice and Lena is a lovely receptionist . I stayed there 6 days my room was never clean ... Not the fault of the staff just the organisation and the hotel needs to be reorganised. For 200 Euros a night during worldSkills time I was expecting Free breakfast , sadly at this price The breakfast was not included .Again not the fault of the staff . Just nonsense the hotel deal their price with not offering breakfast . The area is not my type but thanks to Lena the receptionist we managed to have a great meal at la Rose Rouge near by. This hotel needs for sure a relooking :)

Climatisation cut for no raison. Rooms are very hot if it does not work. One staff to make breakfast and do the reception. Lots of thing are missing during breakfast. Random communication...

It was extremely hot and worse it was right next to a very busy road and the noise was horrible.

Very small room with smaller bathroom. No air conditioning and if you opened the window, you couldn’t get into the bathroom. Thankfully we were only ther for one night.

Although the rooms are quite small, the WiFi unreliable and the place is devoid of any staff overnight, the friendliness, hospitality and first rate food make this one of my top 5 hotels in the area!

My information was to check in before 23.00 hours. I arrived at 22.20 to find the hotel locked and at that time of night, no easily available information as what to do. I then had to find another hotel having been travelling since 11.30 that morning. Never again.

La chambre avait de fortes odeurs d’égouts et l’hôtel n’a pas souhaité me rembourser vu qu’il ne pouvait pas me changer de chambre car il était comblé. Suite à une réclamation importante, ils ont finalement décidé de me changer de chambre et donner la chambre avec les odeurs à la personne suivante qui allait arriver, je trouve cela choquant

Nous avons passé une nuit dans cet hôtel, la chambre était spacieuse mais une odeur d'égout due à des remontées dans la salle de bain n'était vraiment pas agréable. Notre chambre donnait sur la rue, c'était donc un peu bruyant malgré le double vitrage. Le confort du lit n'est pas des plus confortables mais pour une nuit c'est suffisant, tout comme la chambre.

Le lavabo etait bouché, je l'ai indiqué à l'accueil, le problème était résolu le soir à mon retour. Chambre propre et calme.
