The hotel felt more like an Airbnb. There was no one available at the front desk. They displayed a sign to call incase you needed anything. We tried to txt and we never revived a reply. The hotel was beautiful and perfect location except that during the night cars woukd drive by crusing with loud music on the Malecon till three in the morning. Also, the hotel has a restaurant and there was a lot of noise from dishes and employees making ruckus.

We stayed in one of the large suites. It is a very large room with nice furniture that may last a few hundred years. Decorated nicely, clean, air conditioned and fans, snacks, water, and free breakfast (which was quite tasty). Excellent boutique hotel right on the Malecon in La Paz. Great location. Very nice people. Would definitely stay here again in La Paz. Highly recommend - especially the suites.

This is a boutique hotel that seems refurbished from an original mansion. Staff speaks English readily which really helped. Included morning breakfast prepared by a chef was delightfully different each morning though the morning we left no breakfast was available as it was the chef's day off. Housecleaning was excellent every day. We really enjoyed the lounge and the upstairs solarium. Many nearby walking distance restaurants. Our only difficulty was managing the many stairs. Nearby laundry service was great. Two of the office staff were especially friendly and helpful. Internet service was excellent. Carnival parade stops and assembles here, great fun !

The staff were super nice! Special thanks to Christian for getting us settled in, checking up on us and looking out for our needs. This place does a lot with a small space. Very artistically done. And the multi-colored bougainvillea earns it its name. It can be a bit noisy on weekend nights on the Malecon, but the boom boxes quit mostly before 11.

The room can be improved, it’s nice and clean but a little outdated. The ac should be updated, it’s very old and was leaking a lot of water. The shower was very slippery, I fell in it once. The complimentary breakfast is not that great tasting but the service and location are impeccable.
