was everything okay? Not acceptable was water problem no water cold hot water is very very hot. What was nice cleaning was okay my room is balcony door was broke. I asked many times. Repair it but not taking any serious. Ask hot cold water. Repair it now taking the scene. No we need to be the customer service rubbish and they charge me more money than was agreed 95.

Only some of staff was good like receptionist , the manger was so rude and asked me to pay more than the price in Expedia , the hotel not deserve that amount , There's something under construction made a lot of noise around the hotel , room was a small , in front of the hotel there are garbage

I booked only to find a very run down place with no reservation done for me. They told me they have no room or place for me to stay. Thank you.

The pillows were very dirty. The toilet was very bad

Very rude staff working at reception, we didn't even get to stay in hotel, we were simply turned away!!!

I checked in June 1st and checked out June 1st. Pictures on Expedia are not accurate. Very old and very tiny room. When we pulled up it looked closed and they gave my wife and I a twin size bed. We booked for a king. Shower didn’t work, flies everywhere. We ended up going to Sheraton Cairo Hotel and Casino. So save your money on this hotel and just spend the money on Sheraton. Also they said they will refund me the other two days I didn’t stay and no word from them yet.

Nice place to stay and friendly staff.

Not clean, dusty, poor service, poor food, staff want money all the time, flys all over the restaurant area, very old furniture and carpet, old fridge, phone doesn’t work, water mixer and plumbing are in terrible condition. Not worth the money. Whole property needs to be renovated asap

Please be aware they are scam don’t go there hotel full of scammers and the hotel is so dirty . they using app like Expedia to steal people money I got to the hotel me and my wife and the hotel didn’t like the fact we get the room in a good price from Expedia which know I know why because Expedia help them to scam me . My story when I get there my and my wife they hotel people there was like you can’t stay with your wife in the same room you have to pay us for an extra room even tho when I booked the room it was for two people unfortunately that their way to scamming people then they never refunded my money and still 3 months and never refund me my money also the hotel is so dirty and in the wrest places in Egypt it’s a like two hour ride from the airport please don’t go there

I really don’t happy with that hotel and I’m waiting for response from the Ebookers long time ago after I spoke with the staff in order to get my money back. I would like to let you know that I stayed for half an hour in that hotel then I checked out because of the poor service. Regards

reception good ,houskeeping bad, room bathroom toilet problem and no body fix it

None of the locks worked and the metal in the bathroom was rusted but overall clean

Don’t believe what you see in the pictures The whole entire hotel needs a renovation
