The staff was amazing. I had the pleasure of dealing with Maya. She helped recommend and book my tours! My favorite part was the view from my room. Absolutely beautiful.

Lady on reception was so helpful and helped us book a great day at Whitehaven beach with Ocean Rafting which was a great experience. Room was spacious and very clean. Good kitchen area as well.

Fantastic welcome, and although a few things are dated the place is top notch: well thought out, lots of great facilities and space, and superbly clean and maintained.

Staff is super friendly and helpful, rooms are great.

Room was unclean. Floors were literally sticky and your feet ended up black just walking around. All the dishes and cookware needed washing. Nothing was clean, some with inch by inch food pieces. Clean Bed linen is literally falling onto the car park floor which makes you feel really confident about the state of your own sheets. The rooms on the ground floor feel like they have no privacy as there is a public walkway only meters from your balcony and a communal seating area even closer.

Self contained, ground level, 1 bedroom apartment with water views. Staff were fantastic and the check in process was easy and efficient. Apartment was clean and well presented. The resort area is well maintained and the pool area was nice. Located near the Marina and out of the very busy and touristy heart of Airlie made for a relaxed and comfortable stay.

We stayed in a 1 Bedroom Garden View apartment. It was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Loved being so close to the pool. Marina Shores is a 20 minute walk from Airlie Beach town centre but what a beautiful walk it was. Laura

Room was great and clean. Beautiful view from courtyard. Safe area. It was a 20 minute walk to the main hub of airlie along the water front or a $12 cab into the main strip.

Great Location, Excellent & Obliging Staff

Property was not very clean, dust everywhere, not good if you have allergies. The complex was getting a new paint job while we were there, the painters were quiet and respectful

Close to walkway and eating places. Nice and quiet. Was self contained and had everything you needed for a lovely stay.
