Overall Clean, Friendly staff, Very good beakfast, and bar.

Ok but needs updated, no air conditioning and so hot in the room.

Probably the most uncomfortable beds. Old, worn out spongy mattresses you can even feel the springs on your body. Not a level of comfort you expect from hotel like this

First time experience there and everything was spot on, can't complain

Hotel excellent as usual used the pool and had breakfast also staff are all very friendly and pleasant will be back soon

Great little gem outside of Washington . Standard mercure hotel , all the usual amenities and breakfast. Will be using again when in the area

Stayed over after wedding reception at hotel. Room was good with comfy bed. Buffet breakfast had plenty of choice

If there’s a wedding don’t allocate room near function room, put non wedding guess at other end of hotel. Generally a very nice hotel and value for money.

Room was clean and staff friendly. TV only had 2 channels that worked and when you flush the toilet the bedroom walls shook as if something was going to errupt from within. Breakfast was a disapointment and not worth. It was meant to serve until 10:30 but at 9am it was like locusts had attacked. Whilst hot food did eventually get restocked the pastries etc didnt.

Hotel was good, room great size. Could be great if they cleaned room everyday, stayed a week and room only done every other day. Yet if I booked daily I get a clean room 🤔. Carter and Fitch ok staff not helpful and food was ok but again could have been great

Premier room was tatty… curtains had hole in them, some off hooks, bed throw had mark on it. Despite asking for the room to be serviced and leaving the sign on the door - it wasn’t - I was told they missed it because I was at the end of the corridor!
