Outstanding. Definitely one of the best hotels we’ve stated. Rooms are huge. Hiads feel much more like a house than a villa.

One of the finest properties in the world. World class. From the moment you arrive they make you feel like a rock star. We have stayed at some of the most luxurious hotels in the world and this is right on top of the list. We can’t wait to come back again.

Everything in the hotel feels like a work of art, and it is exceptionally luxurious.

Royal Mansour was one of our best hotel experiences ever, and we have travelled to nearly 90 countries. Riads are stunningly beautiful. Food is the best in Morocco. Service is outstanding. Breakfast is such a treat. The only thing, I could suggest is for RM is to used higher quality Italian sheets. Towels used by RM are so soft and plush. I'd also like to suggest for the cost, an afternoon complimentary local snack/treat be offered with tea in the courtyard area. Also, I wanted so much to purchase the CLouboutin mosaic slippers but the shop didn't offer them in size 35 or 35.5. I asked if they could place a custom size order, but no one in the shop was helpful or even seemed to want to inquire.

Certainly one of the best hotels in the world. Design details are second to none, facilities are incredible, service is impeccable in all aspects and the food is fantastic. I could not recommend it more.

Aware of the reputation of this hotel, its listing in the top 50 hotels of the world and having seen it featured on television, we arrived with great expectations. I have to say our expectations were far exceeded, (in fact it’s fair to say blown away!) The Royal Mansour has mastered the art of hospitality at the highest level of excellence. Stepping off the plane at RAK airport, we were fast tracked through immigration and security to our awaiting chauffeur driven, golden vehicle. A short drive and we arrived at the stunning gates of this luxury oasis, An oasis of awe-inspiring beauty! To say incredible design is not enough, every corner of every room from floor to ceiling is unique, an individual and bespoke work of art, immaculate and truly magnificent everywhere you look. You do not stay in a “room” at the Mansour, instead you become the owner of a Riad, Your very own 3 floor palace. We ate at all four restaurants during our stay, To go into detail about the restaurants here would require several pages but to summarise my experience as best I can: Innovative Asian cuisine, stylish Italian tasting menus, traditional Moroccan flavours and cuisine delivered as a fine dining experience and a Michelin standard French brasserie. I feel the thing that really gives the Royal Mansour its platinum stamp in hospitality and sets it apart from others is the level and style of service you receive from every single member of the Royal Mansour team. Service excellence!!!!

The Royal Mansour was the most opulent place I have ever stayed. Our villa was so comfortable the staff was excellent and the In-house restaurants were amazing..

The only negative about the property (at least the suite we were in) was that it was 3 floors and since each floor had high ceilings, it meant that you are climbing 32 steps to the next floor. No elevator in a 5 star luxury hotel.

The location is great. The hotel is amazing.

An astounding property in every way. My only recommendation would be not to change linens as often and not to leave all lights on after cleanings.

W-O-W ! What an incredible stay! I stayed at the Royal Mansour after staying at La Mamounia and I’m super confused as to why anyone would dare compare the Royal mansour to La Mamounia. At The Royal mansour I felt like Royalty, the personalized attention was unmatched , they picked me up in a Bentley , took care of all my bags with such care, the dinner I ordered to my riad & the breakfast I had were just EXCELLENT ! Overall , I travel a LOT —the best hotel I’ve experienced anywhere in the world !

Every single aspect of our stay was magical; from the fast track service at the airport and the Bentley ride to/from the property, to the over the top facilities, the outstanding service and virtually everything about the accommodations make this a can't-miss experience for any luxury traveler.

A true royal experience. Having your own Riad makes all the difference. We really enjoyed the lobby-spa-dining areas .. also the alleys between the riads felt like a real village. Pickup service, food, room& bathroom amenities were superb. I felt the check-in & checkout experience were not to the hotel standards.

The property is unique in style and quality, but above all else, the service and excellence of all staff members is what really sets it apart
