Very Good but problem with fridge refills

We had 5 nights at this property and could not really fault anything major. The property is massive and would be quite hard to get around if on crutches or wheelchair etc… Room was spotless, staff were lovely and the variety of restaurants for the All-Inclusive was great. They have 2 bus services running from the property going into Kos old town and the port about 5 kms away.

Very Good service and nice staff, the location was perfect, everything was so clean. The food was really tasty, variety of entertainments.

The Mitsis resort looks the part and has a few strong positives. The food selection is excellent, the restaurants are well-run, and the service from the restaurant staff is genuinely great. But there are too many frustrating issues that take away from the experience: • Evening bar service is awful – you can be waiting 30 to 40 minutes just for a drink. This doesn’t feel like a one-off; it seems designed that way due to poor staffing levels. • It’s difficult to get even water – in a 5-star resort, especially during high temperatures, bottled water should be available without hassle. It’s a basic expectation that just wasn’t met. • Alcohol is very low quality – only cheap local brands were offered. For a so-called premium resort, this really isn’t good enough. A decent selection should be available, even if some drinks are at a supplement. • Pool area needs urgent maintenance – the limestone around the pool edge is chipped and sharp. It’s a hazard that could easily be fixed but has clearly been ignored. • Obvious cost-cutting in the wrong places – reception, check-in, and bar staff are all stretched thin. It gives the impression that cutting corners has become the norm. Mitsis has the potential to be a great resort, but right now it falls short in too many important areas. Until these issues are properly addressed, I wouldn’t return

No where close to a 5 star resort. Food available very poor. Portion control mean. Often in the morning my coffee was in a cup no saucer. At dinner had to beg for second glass of wine. Not enough variety or places to have lunch. We will not go back. Room very good. Has a bungalow and shared pool. That’s good but service, choice and standards woefully short - 3 or 4 star at best

The Facilities are superb, the weather was brilliant, the staff are second to none very attentive and helpful. The property and gardens are looked after very well. Our housekeeper was so good, we will be going back next year.

The complex is huge. Involving lots of walking uphill and down. Has very good a la carte options you need to book well in advance. I would say this is a 4* property with good food and staff. We had a good time in the sun, but definitely not 5*.

An excellent holiday. Great range of superb food choices in the many restaurants. The pool areas and beach meant you always had a different view and you could get drinks and snacks from the many bars and kiosks around the resort. The staff were unfailingly polite and hardworking and made our stay so comfortable and enjoyable.

Comfortable and clean room good facilities. However bathroom needs a bit of updating also not enough lighting.

This is a really nice family friendly hotel. The hotel is contemporary, well designed and visually impressive - in places. The food is good, the main eating area is typical for all inclusive although we’ve noticed over the last few years that the range has reduced and at peak times it feels very impersonal. The room was comfortable with a well stocked fridge mini bar. The bathroom was dated but ok. We had a seaview room which although a little out of the way was quiet and in a nice position. Some of the staff were lovely, whereas with others you definitely felt like an inconvenience! There’s loads of pools at this hotel and although we prefer the be beach it looked like there were plenty of beds - although early towel rules definitely apply for the best spots!! We’ve stayed at several mitsis hotels and this one was good but we prefer others. Overall, would recommend, but consider the 5 star rating quite broadly!!

Location, beach, sea and the view is amazing. Food and services needs improvement.

Did not live up to expectations unfortunately- very busy, staff not happy, pools need upgrading - very dirty and lots of missing tiles - we cut our feet a few times. Stomach upset a few times from the buffet.

We have just returned from an amazing holiday at the Blue Domes. We were a large group of 21 and had a wonderful stay. Amongst the many positives to highlight were the volume of a la carte choices. 6 evening a la carte restaurants, each with it’s own identity and one breakfast a la carte where our server was determined that we enjoyed the experience. The sports/ leisure team were exceptional and hosted a variety of various types of activity that the bulk of our group took advantage of from HIIT, Pilates, stretching, aqua aerobics and beach volleyball. The tennis courts were good and the sea was a lovely temperature. The entertainment each night was a real bonus, each of the various acts were very good and managed to get us on our feet dancing, although the highlight was the beach party and fireworks. The spa was also very good, as were the massage treatments. We did have a slight mistake with our rooms which got resolved. Overall we had a great holiday and would highly recommend, the staff were wonderful and the work ethic they have is exceptional.

We enjoyed a lovely 10 day holiday at Mitsis Blue Domes. The food was great at all the restaurants including the buffet. Our fave was the Tex Mex. Drinks at the bars were mostly good, although the poolside glasses, were not always cleaned thoroughly.

This property was fantastic, the staff are awesome super friendly and nice. They are so helpful and always great you with a smile. The entire hotel was super clean and you can tell the staff is putting a lot of effort into maintaining that! Food is ok nothing too crazy we were looking for more of authentic Greek food which we didn’t really find in the hotel so we opted to have our lunches in the town since we were there almost everyday.
