The receptionist is not polite. Not preparing to check in, taking a very long time

More than what we were expecting! The room was definitely better than all the pictures, spacious, clean, and complete. They provide TV with various channels, refrigerator that they will refill with water bottles every time you ask for make up room. The AC and water heater work really fine, clean bathroom also. They also have a fan in the room, so we can turn it on while waiting on the AC to make the room colder. Great location, great restaurants on both side of the hotel, 7-11 right in front of the hotel, and swimsuit shop on both sides of the hotel, also spa and massage beside the hotel. The hotel also provide pool but have to walk for around 30 mins to get there, but they provide free pass for the pool. The front desk are really helpful, not everyone can speak perfect english but all of them know how to help you. 12 minutes away from patong beach, reachable on foot, they provide many shelves to put our things into, overall a very nice place!

Value for money, perfect and clean room. easy walk to any place (bangla road and find a food). don't forget active access internet in here, cause you will use google translate for communicate with local. noted: if would like rent a motorcycle please don't forget bring driving license cause police in patong will find 1000 baht. 24 hour for rent motorcycle only 200 baht if would like rent in hotel only 180 baht. patrol 40 bath/bottle or 1 liter

From the outside it looks simple but after entering the room, the room is very spacious, the toilet is very spacious, clean, there is a balcony and will go back again if you go to Phuket. Thanks 99 voyage patong.

The rooms are in accordance with the description, there is a fridge, the AC is very cold, the TV is there but unfortunately we don't understand the language at all so it isn't set. There are 2 showers for cold and hot water, the rooms are clean and always cleaned. Thank you Traveloka.

Good clean room The staff are very helpful. The sound is quite loud. Pillow is hard.

Convenient location, clean, clean, parking only, motorcycle

A simple yet affordable, walking distance to anywhere, the elderly lady is very helpful especially assist. me when my reservation was held up due miscommunication I guess. overall was good except if they have electric kettle, I will say very good because it will help doing morning coffee as the hotel do not serve breakfast.
