A well-kept venue, enhanced by a welcoming and friendly staff. Centrally located, price worthy, very convenient.

Just love the smell of cigarette smoke seeping into our room and the leak in the bathroom this really adds to the retro chic vibe. If you need to get your head down though it's quiet. Staff are friendly so you can't blame them for the tools they've got to work with!

Very clean. Large bedroom and bathroom. Mini fridge good to have. Restaurant closed on Sunday.

Amazing

Only stayed a night but had a good night sleep in a large air conditioned room. Spacious underground parking and nice staff.

This is NOT a 4 stars hotel! It was run down. Bed covers, upholstery and carpets with stains. Old mattresses The air-conditioning did not work and probably has not worked for a long time. The breakfast was poor... though abundant in canned products! The hotel was probably good many decades ago, now barely a 2 stars! I wish I had read the other reviews! Very disappointing!!!!

The hotel is OK, clean and simple. Good value for the price.

I've stayed here many times, but normally in the winter. Spacious room, nice front desk, friendly service. The AC did not work in either room, so I'm not sure if it was just not turned on for the building yet, but it was too hot. If AC is listed, it should be year round, or at minimum, the months it is in use.

only stayed two nights on business but the staff couldn't do enough for us, providing food when it was late and just making us really welcome

Great attention from the staff, Evangelus, Maria and Cristina you do a great job taking care of the customers. Good Breakfast, nice&clean rooms. No complains, but I will not give 4 stars to the Hotel. For me 4 stars implies some kind of luxury that this hotel lacks. Yet for the price it is a totally YES, I'll stay there another time and definitely recommend it to friends.

Staff spoke good English and were very helpful and friendly. The room was cleaned daily.

The hotel is on the edge of the small downtown area, and is quite convenient. The building and fixtures are old, and definitely need updating. It's a bit of a museum of 70's design. Easily the best part of the hotel are the friendly, helpful, competent desk staff. They were a pleasure to deal with, and made a real difference in the quality of our stay in Vilafranca!

I would go again.

Buen sitio para visitar Barcelona, está bien comunicado y en coche llegas en 30 minutos más o menos.. personal muy amable.. el único pero es que las habitaciones van pidiendo una remodelación, lo demás todo perfecto. Lo volvería a elegir.

Çok fazla seyahat eden biri olarak net bir şekilde otel bir çok açıdan gayet iyi. Eleştiri getirilecek tek konu otel oldukça eski. Artık yenilenmeye ihtiyacı var. Bunu çarşaf havlu gibi şeyler için söylemiyorum. Duvar kaplamaları, halılar gibi şeyler eski. Yenilenirse çok güzel olur. Bir de ana girişte hoş olmayan bir koku var (iç kısımlarda yok) ona bir çözüm bulunmalı.
