We only stayed there one night. But indoor self parking garage was convenient. Room service was great. Beds were too small for both of us but there were two of them and they were comfortable. I will definitely stay here again. A very convenient short drive to the airport.

Check in was super quick

My stay at Hotel Ciudad De David was perfect. The service was excellent--all the staff were knowledgeable, helpful, professional, courteous, and friendly. To possess and use all of those qualities simultaneously is a great accomplishment, and everyone managed to do so. The meals in the restaurant were delicious and very-well served. The lobby, dining room, room, hallways, and elevators were spotless, and the ambiance of the whole hotel was serene and appealing. Hotel Ciudad de David is a wonderful place to stay.

Wonderful property in the middle of town. Busy, busy area.

Service is good. However the elevator was having some issues. Hope they are able to fix the bug

The hotel booked a quincinera directly below the guest rooms. There was a dj screaming and booming music that had the walls shaking from before 8pm until after 2pm. It took over an hour to get our kids to sleep. When the craziness was continuing after 10pm we complained in person at reception and solicited help. Four times the employees said they asked the party to be quieter and four times it got louder. The employees refused to take any actual action to remedy the situation. They couldn't even find ear plugs. Their only offer was to move us to another room (where the music was still booming, but we would have had to wake the kids to move them). Insanely frustrating to go a night without sleep. We are requesting a refund. Worst customer service I've ever seen. There is a reason hotels are not usually located directly above night clubs.

The hotel was OK. The last night was HORRIBLE! I do NOT recommend this hotel. I never give reviews - but felt a need to give this hotel a review. It was that bad. They had a party in the pool lounge area. My room overlooked the pool. The website clearly STATES that it closes at 10:30 pm. At 11:15 pm there was a party still going on that was so loud my windows two floors up were shaking. I called the front desk and they assured me the party would close at midnight. AT 12:15 AM I started calling the front desk as I had an early flight and had not had any sleep. They did not / would not answer the call at the front until almost 1 AM. They said the party would go on until 2 AM or later and all they could do was offer me a room on a different floor to sleep. If they had told me this at 11:15 PM it would have been better. But to not answer the phone for almost 1 hour and to book a party in the area of the hotel that HALF of the rooms have direct connection to was horrible - and the website clearly states the closing time for the lounge, yet they had a private party. They did not offer to help me move all my bags from one room to the next. So at 2 AM I was finally in another room with a 5 AM wake up. BEWARE! This hotel did not care AT ALL that they did this to their guests. DO NOT STAY HERE - unless you want to stay up all night with loud music that actually makes your windows shake.

I loved the bed. It was the most comfortable bed I have encountered in my travels.

Everything was excellent with this hotel. The restaurant was amazing. We had dinner and breakfast there and were totally impressed!

Found David very clean! This location was in thick of the business hub with a vibrant feel.

Staff were friendly, and we enjoyed our one-night before catching a morning flight after staying in Boquete.
