Had a lovely short stay here. Hotel was very comfortable and fully equipped and the hosts were very friendly and helpful. Garden and heated pool were amazing. Terrific breakfast. Would definitely recommend.

If you're looking for a reasonable, DIY B&B

Linda and Des were extremely friendly and made us very welcome. The room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was varied and a good selection on the menu. Situated in a quiet location and close to the village.

From the moment we arrived we were welcomed and it felt like you were part of the family.

It was a lovely place to stay. A Victorian villa which still has many original features, including beautiful stained glass windows. The room was clean and tidy and the hosts were most hospitable. There were some lovely touches, such as complimentary drinks and snacks. It was lovely to sit out on the front veranda with a coffee. The rear garden was well tended and the large swimming pool was fantastic. The only improvements i could suggest are a shower instead of the bath in Room 3 and a washing line in the garden to dry wet swimming kit, but these weren't issues. We had a warm welcome and the breakfasts were exceptional.

Very comfortable hotel and very friendly hosts. Our room was spacious and very clean with everything we needed. We could leave the car at the hotel and walk to the sea and restaurants.

Room 20 has a fabulous view of the Church and you can walk straight out onto the veranda to enjoy the morning sun 😎 Linda and Des went above and beyond to make us feel at home and welcome, giving lots of useful tips on Restaurants and places to visit 💞 The Hotel was spotlessly clean and the food was divine, highly recommend and can’t wait to return 😎

Had an amazing stay! Des and Linda are so nice and welcoming. Breakfast is unreal, loved everything we had on the menu! The location of the hotel to everything is perfect, it’s situated within walking distance of the beach front and old town. Would definitely recommend!!

Excellent all round. Linda & Des couldn't have made us feel more welcome. Breakfasts surpassed our expectations. Little extras in the room a lovely touch. All very clean, plenty of storage space and really comfortable bed. We were sorry to leave after our four night stay but we have booked for 2020!

First impression on arrival was that the property was in need of a tidy up and sprucing up. Broken step on one side was under repair with a cone placed on it. Inside was dark and unwelcoming. Initially no one at reception but owner came downstairs having just seen guests to room.
