Great stay

Hotel was difficult to find Therefore I give a 3 star rating Very poor signage to get you to the hotel

The WiFi broke and it didn’t work half the stay. Also there is no air conditioner

Good hotel, but far from town. Does NOT have a ski room. The walk to the ski lift is quite far after they drop you off in town. Then you have to take 2 ski lifts up. You can’t even ski in after, there’s lots of stairs etc to go back. Its really inconvenient if you plan on skiing a lot. I suggest you stay in Mt Arbois.

Beautiful hotel and amazing service. The restaurant (bistrot, not the “Table”) is the same quality as its Michelin star sister restaurant but cheaper and more relaxed. Would come again.

What a spectacular property! The property itself was incredibly beautiful and serene. But it was the staff that really made our stay special…nothing was too much effort. They all went above and beyond many times over our 7 day stay. We will be back!!

Alpaga is a nice small hotel but does not hit the 5 star rating it has been given in my opinion, It is well out of town and their shuttle system is slow and requires a phone call through a call centre and a redirection. The service made us late a few times during our stray. Our room (62) was very small for a ski trip with a tiny bathroom which had a freezing cold slate floor - freezing in the mornings.

Wonderful hotel, not in the center to be considered too loudly, and not in the far to be considered isolated, 10 minutes walk or 2 minutes by the hotel free shuttle, The hotel staff were helpful and sweetly mannered, had a lovely stayhad a lovely time

Staff wonderfully helpful and friendly, including the general manager, without being intrusive. Constant attention to detail. Wonderful terrace with mountain view for sitting and relaxing. Hot tub with stunning views of Mont Blanc. Outstanding breakfast and snacks put out later. Advice on local walks etc. Shuttle at the ready to take us into town. Recommend most highly!

Beautiful hotel, location a little out of the way, although hotel taxi was available on call at all times. Hotel was clean and rooms very nice, however, service was extremely poor with 30 minute waiting times for a cuppa at breakfast and rigid limited room service food options despite the restaurant having variety. Overall beautiful hotel let down by poor service not expected for 5 star

The hotel was very comfortable and in good, clean condition. The ski shuttle service was only to the main Chamois lift in the town centre so if you want to ski Jaillet you need to get a taxi. The staff were all very helpful. I think next time I will stay in the town centre

Très bel hôtel en dehors du centre. Une superbe vue sur les montagnes. Ambiance estivale de qualité tout en étant détendue. Chambres très bien équipées. Notre séjour fut très court mais nous a donné envie de revenir !

Magnifique, matériaux authentiques et hautes qualité. Emplacement à 20 mins à pied du village mais service de voiturier disponible. Très belle expérience. Piscine un peu petite. Check out un peu long.
