Location very near old town

Ac worked well. Quiet room.

I think this hotel is nice and well-styled. However, I requested 2 beds and got 1 small double for us 2 friends. It was hard to sleep, and I think we got the smallest room, in a corner. It was efficiently designed, so we could stow our stuff, but I would have appreciated the larger room and 2 beds I thought I had selected.

The hotel was perfectly located with easy access to Valencia’s charming old town, ideal for exploring the city on foot. After long days of sightseeing, it offered all the comforts we needed. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and the shower was powerful and refreshing. Despite its central location, the area was quiet and peaceful, allowing for a great night’s sleep. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help with directions and recommendations. Although we didn’t have the chance to dine in the restaurant, it looked inviting and well presented. Overall, this hotel is an excellent choice for a short stay in the centre of Valencia’s old town, comfortable, convenient, and great value for money.

Good location close to the park and all of the sites. However (room 51 ) very dated and small. Bed less than comfortable. Room had no seating. Staff was helpful. Forget any parking

Quaint hotel in Old Town well located and very walkable. Friendly, helpful staff. Nice big clean room, comfortable beds, very good air conditioning, adorable little balcony looking out onto the street. Large modern bathroom. Breakfast option available for 12 Euros. We only stayed for 2 nights and would highly recommend this hotel!

Clean, quiet hotel with nice breakfast. Friendly, helpful staff. Good aircon in rooms. Great location: quiet street, and uber will pick up from it (but not further inside old town). WiFi often slow. All rooms cost the same, but are very different sizes. Ask for one at the front! Those at the back (n1/n6 where n is the floor) are the smallest and have view of a wall from a poky window. All others have big windows onto the street, which is quiet all day/night, so get real light and are larger (best are n2/n5).

The property was quite old and unique. It had an on site bar.

It was closed to everything. Breakfast was excellent with many choices. Attention was perfect.

Excellent hotel which is very near to everything. Staff very friendly, our room was very spacious and really clean with an excellent shower and breakfast in the morning was great. If we return to Valencia we would definitely stay here again 😃

I liked the location. It was very convenient. The Hotel is in need of an update. It seems stuck in the 90s. Not well maintained. Really bad acoustics, you can hear everything. I did not have a good rest during my stay. Old linen. Old electric tea pot, full of mineral sedimentation on the bottom. One day the cleaning service failed to remove the trash. No attention to details.

I enjoyed the character of this hotel and its location for touring the old city on foot is superb. The traffic noise from the main road is noticeable. You cannot drive a car to the hotel due to street restrictions but I was surprised at the availability of free street parking.

We really enjoyed our stay in this hotel, which has a lot of character, with its exposed brickwork and wooden ceilings. Our room and bed were comfortable. We had a kettle and cups, so we could make tea. The hotel reception staff are very pleasant and friendly. The hotel is very centrally located, just a few minutes walk to the cathedral and to the Turia Gardens. Highly recommended!

Great location close to cathedral. Could walk everywhere from Plaza to Plaza. Staff were polite and friendly and very helpful. Room was a good size and clean. Breakfast was a combination of hot and cold food - plenty of choice for a breakfast. Great value overall.

First impressions,spacious but dated and dark room.I requested a quiet room,I was put near the lift,which I thought was counterintuitive ,though in the end that wasn't that noisy,unlike the neighbouring room. Main issue lack of dusting-felt like the room had not been used in while even more reason to dust tables,TV cable coiled up as if not used and V dusty!Don't expect tea or coffee,just green tea and camomile, no spoon but least there's a kettle-,bring your own tea/coffee! Lots of reviews commended the staff so I had high expectations -perfunctory and polite but nothing more than that.Check in took ages on what looked like a complex system,with no apology. On balance, I don't think this room was value for money paid, BUT location was very good,close to old city and museums,which was the main thing.
