Good hotel

O café da manhã foi de baixa qualidade. A saduicheira estava MUITO suja, não é limpa há muito tempo, no geral o local não oferece conforto, é barulhento e o alimento servido deixa muito a desejar.

This time I was very disappointed with the staff and room, and how unwilling the staff was to help and how the room staff talked to us and how they( within themselves in our room and in front of us would talk about their shift hours, how it was time to go home, how they wouldn't stay overtime and how it was up to the management to find another staff for those times.

Well located within easy walking distance of the main street. Please stop offering a facilities tour with the excuse of selling "vacation club", "time-share", and similar products to guests just arriving after check-in.

From being hustled for a free “gift” aka timeshare presentation, which I assumed was the VIP perk into no room upgrade, having a card key door that took easily a good 5 minutes to open, and emphasis on quantity not quality of the experience, I would never go back

Great hotel in the heart of the city.

It was wonderful!

The location and view of the hotel was beautiful. From my room, I could see the sunrise and sunset also city and hear the bells from the cathedral near by it was wonderful and romantic.

Location was excellent. Lower rooms noisy in AM from parking garage employees yelling.

Love the hotel. Outstanding customer service. Karaoke at night was a blast. Marcelo made all of us feel very welcome … kids had a blast. Property is pretty. Great breakfast buffet options. Very clean. Indoor pool was nice too.

Ficamos quatro dias e a estadia foi boa. O serviço deixa a desejar, acredito que seja pelo Covid. Me parece que o hotel não treina os funcionários bem, estavam meio perdidos. É um hotel de pacotes de turismo, família com crianças, com muitas atividades.

They did inform me before I got there that all amenities were closed

We had a few problems at the arrival! Key was not opening the door and room with no good view from the window to outside! I know we are facing a global pandemic, but I didn’t like the way they served breakfast (we couldn’t get what we want, they served us)! The problem with the room and view was fixed right away with a better room, the problem with the key was also solved! The location was nice, it was just across the street from RUA TORRA and walking distance from main streets! They charge from BRL 30 to 35 for parking!

Grabriel was really good and attentive. He help us , on all of our questions , Told us about very cool places to try it out . Great Job Gabriel .

People were very friendly!!! Victor bartender/waiter at the steak and Italian restaurant was so nice to us!! Always had a smile on his face and great customer service!!

O lugar é incrível com muitas opções de lazer para dias chuvosos também, café da manhã impecável tudo muito perfeito

Me decepcionei com o quarto no prédio anexo porque reservei essa opção sem saber. Nosso quarto ficou sem luz e imediatamente nos transferiram para suite executiva que era maravilhosa. Equipe foi eficiente e prestativa.

Agradável.

Excelente! Boa localização, no centro de gramado. Ficamos no regime de meia pensão, comida muito boa. Quartos grandes e confortáveis.
