All as expected and nothing to complain about really. The room was decent size, furnished nicely and the bed was comfy. Bathroom grouting showing bit of wear and mirror starting to deliver at bottom but overall still a tidy impression. The continental breakfast was rather underwhelming but the service with a smile made up for it! The location was super with proximity of the beach and a really good local hostelry offering decent selection of meals and liquid refreshments.A sound 4 star establishment that a bit of money on refurb and breakfast could be a 5 star winner!

Booked a room with a double bed but only had a single bed and was not willing to make up room with double bed as his staff had left for the day and was not willing to offer room upgrade with a double bed I don’t sleep to well single beds I have stayed here every month for the past 5-6 months so might not stay again Gentleman’s response was he is elderly and not to bothered as feels he does not need the booking, not very good customer service

Small friendly traditional hotel with perfect hospitality.

We found it very relaxing and the host was charming and very knowledgeable, we would definitely stay there again.

Amazing location, beautiful area and just a few minutes walk to the wonderful sandy beach. Hotel is run by a lovely family!

What a fantastic little gem of a find. Close the lovely clean sand beaches, nice bars & restaurants. Yet very relaxing & quiet, my friend and I thoroughly enjoyed our girlie weekend break

Pleasant stay at Grovefield Manor. Close to beach ~ 5 - 6 mins walk. Beautiful sandy beaches, clean and not crowded. Comfy beds and quiet area surrounding hotel. Breakfast good, no cooked breakfast but plenty of options including porridge, crumpets, muffins, cereals, fruit, yogurts, pastries. Very nice restaurant only a few doors away for dinner.

The host was very welcoming shows he had a passion for his work and cared about the guest experienced. Was a 5 minute walk to the beach and Bournemouth town centre still within easy access

Room 14 was fantastic and we would happily stay again. We didnt see anything that warranted a low score and the breakfast was great, with a nice choice available. The hotel is just a stroll from the beach with good parking available. Thank you for a lovely couple of nights at your lovely hotel.

It was lovely hotel, the Owner Chris was very friendly and informative. Continental Breakfast was excellent with all sort of fresh berries and hot toast with tea or coffee served to our table.

My husband was disappointed that they didn't offer a cooked breakfast. The room was clean and well presented. It did have a very noisy floor, squeaky.

Very welcoming and made sure we were comfortable and had all the information we needed. Would be happy to return.

Spotlessly clean in room and communal areas and breakfast room. Lovley continental breakfast and all staff we camce across were so friendly and helpful. We had a lovley relaxing stay, thankyou.
