It really was a pleasant surprise for Nicaragua, super clean great staff. I just wish people would stop using fragrance.

Awesome and spotless and great service and food.

When we first arrived they put us in a room that was in the older part of the hotel, the smell was horrific, the hotel did not seem busy, so we asked they move us rooms which they did. The second room was better. Most of the staff was good, but the front desk personnel not so much. The bed was comfortable but figuring out the hot water took patience. Will not stay at this hotel again.

Terrible experience – absolutely unacceptable cleanliness This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The room was extremely dirty when I arrived. The bed sheets were filthy and torn, clearly not washed or replaced after the previous guest. On top of that, the bedspread was stained, which is completely disgusting and unacceptable for any hotel. In the end, we were moved to another room, but that does not excuse the poor conditions we initially experienced.

Spectacular stay at Hotel Contempo. The friendliness of the staff, the support they provide from the moment you arrive, the well-equipped rooms, and the delicious breakfast all stand out. I will definitely return; the experience was very good and pleasant.

Great fancy hotel, great food and service and very friendly atmosphere, very close a mall to get things you need, only a 5 minute walk. Would recommend this place forsure if you need a place to stay passing through, and the breakfast is amazing.

No habia toallas en el baño. Solo habia un rollo de papel sanitario iniciado que se terminó rapido. El personal atendió el tema de las toallas, con un poco de demora pero lo atendió. Eramos 2 adultos y dos niños en la habitación y solo hubo una botella de 600 ml de agua..

Contempo gave a room not to my standard. I asked to change and they told me they were full. Very disappointed

For the delux room with king size bed the was very comfortable and the bathroom, omg is was ginormous. I enjoyed the jacuzzi. Tub
