Location is perfect - almost in front of the bus station, port, beach. Room - very clean. Staff - okay Coffee in the room is NOT FREE and the coffee machine is not working properly. Spa - extra pay of 25 Euros Breakfast room - a bit tight if a flock of people arrives. Overrated for a 4* hotel.

Our stay at this hotel was wonderful. I went with my family and we were very comfortable. The facilities are excellent, everything is very well maintained, and the cleanliness and order were impeccable. The staff was very friendly from the moment we arrived. The spa is very comfortable; my son especially enjoyed it. The breakfast buffet was superb. The location is perfect, right in the center of O Grove.

We arrived with high expectations after staying at other hotels in the chain and considering the price we paid. The room was basic, nothing spectacular for a 4-star hotel. The bathroom door handle kept falling off every time you used the door, the shower was too short—you had to crouch down to shower—and the bathtub was slippery. Furthermore, we had booked a buffet breakfast, but it wasn't a buffet at all. On the day we were supposed to arrive, they changed the location and the way it was served. You'd ask the waiter, and he'd tell you if it was available or not and then bring it to you. I ended my experience feeling rather annoyed. There are better hotels in the area for the same price and with better amenities. The staff was friendly, though. But we won't be returning.

We just checked out of the hotel and shortly after, I was charged for four coffees. Neither my partner nor I saw anywhere that these coffees were charged; we assumed they were complimentary. So be careful when ordering coffees, as they cost almost 8 euros and weren't even the original brand—they were from Mercadona. For a supposedly superior 4-star hotel, the room had a slippery and dangerous bathtub, and that was supposed to be a superior room! The value for money was terrible.
