This place is amazing.

Quiet, lovely pool area, friendly and helpful staff. The seeview property we stayed in our last day was very nice with an amazing view.

I found that all employees were very friendly and professional. I diffidently will be coming back here. ❤️❤️

Very good stay, staff is very helpful, house is large with a terrasse, good swimming pool and bar, amazing view. The bathroom could be modernized.

Nice area but need a car to get anywhere, hotel facilities were not open (pool,bar,restaurant) so 20 minute drive to get to any shop etc. lovely view from the hotel, always parking available. Staff good communication. Very poor shower, bed uncomfortable and squeaky

Petruso appartment was very nice, we stayed in sunny days next to pool. We walked to the city 20minutes, hotel is located on the hill we used local taxi to get home.Down to the beach is 10 minutes walk.

Excellent apartment with a beautiful view. The pool looked really beautiful but it was a bit too cold for me in October. The pool area is lovely for a cocktail. The apartment was large, clean and well furnished. It's a bit far from the town, a car is required and be careful as the road around is not in the best condition, drive slowly and carefully.

This hotel was amazing. The staff couldn’t do enough to help out, nothing was too much. The value for money is unbelievable. It’s a beautiful setting and a great point to use for exploring the island. The town of Balestrate was also a great base with many good restaurants and shops and friendly people.

We loved the friendly staff. The room was clean and efficient. The view was spectacular. I wish it wasn’t so far from everything. The food was amazing...Overall really enjoyed our stay

the property was clean and fresh inside with plenty of room but as it was not in full season (visited in late May) the upkeep of the outside areas was not complete and was a bit untidy. The pool bar and resturant was closed.

Lovely place but no facilities in may for food so you had to go downhill to town and back up after. Not the place to stay unless you have a car. It was however very pretty and super quiet so be ideal for people who want silence.

Property was further out of Balestrate than expected. It wasn't a problem but you definitely need a car. Luckily the receptionist was able to organise a rental car for us.

We had a fabulous time at the Residence Villaggio Petruso. The hotel is located on the hill with magnificent view and away from any trafic. The one bedroom apartment we stayed has separate access so no one is hanging around your door. The doors and windows are sound proof as you cannot hear outside noise. The food is delicious and there is a great choice for anyone. The service provided by staff is exceptional. Genuinely polite staff who is happy to help you with anything e.g. despite the fact we took charges and plugs to charge our phones, our plugs didn’t fit the sockets installed in the room, the lady from the reception let us use hers without extra charge for the whole stay. The waitress Lorena was very helpful in giving us insight to local lifestyle and advice on places to see. She even taught us a few phrases in Italian.

The property was very nice and located close to everything.

Excellent accommodation with air conditioning. All very clean and contemporary. Great for self catering, or restaurant available. Lovely view from the pool area over the bay. Very quiet Well signposted from the town. Hotel is recycling rubbish which is much needed in Sicily.

Spacious flat, quite clean, nice view from the terrace. Air conditioning in all rooms, albeit I found it far too noisy to sleep with. lovely pool with amazing views of the bay and sunset. The resort is quite high up, and you will need a rental car but on the positive, the location grants a constant fresh breeze from the sea. Dining outside is just pleasant without the stickiness and exceeds heat. The restaurant has prices identical to what you would pay in Balestrate. Dishes are mainly based on fish, with delicious local cuisine. For some reason we found that second courses were more generous portions than mains... The pasta dishes were adequate but could have done with a little more. The biggest bug bear is the internet. Inexplicably limited to 5 hours per day (?) and generally really slow and unreliable. You might have to wait to post your photos once you're back, and watching the news/YouTube is a painful experience.
