This place looks kinda cute in the lobby, like you get in to late 80s, but the room felt really old and outdated. Our room had some old things kind is smell. Pillow and bed was ok, sheets were clean. The room didn’t have comforters, just some plaid. Sink were not draining well. This hotel doesn’t feel like 4 stars at all. Parking is not very easy, and there hard to find a place to load off the luggage. We were on the first floor yet there were some stairs which makes it harder to carry the luggage. There was no one who offered a help with luggage at the hotel. As for me, I wouldn’t stay there again. It’s time to renovate hotel.

The hotel was clean and provided everything that was required, including an underground secure car park. The breakfast was good. They did not do lunch or dinner, but did have a coffee bar which provided light meals all day.

A beautiful old hotel harking back to a refined kind of hospitality

It’s only there for one night, but the staff were helpful and the room was wonderful

The room and staff were good. Safe did not work but should be fixed soon. Did not try the pool but it looked inviting with plenty of places to sit. Only con is that it is a 32minute uphill walk to the Cathedral but there are buses readily available. Bus #7. It is a 10 m8nute walk to Renfe train (flat) and 15 minute walk to Bus station (uphill).

Clean and nice hotel

This is one of those places that looks dated in the photos, but when you get there you realize it’s actually pristine but like stepping into the past. Old school charm, for sure.

Clean and appearance on a cruise ship

We had a beautiful room that was quite cozy, clean, and offered anything you may have forgotten. Appreciated parking garage at the hotel. Location was great. Great stay and would recommend.

Very old. The need to renew the rooms and pool and step up with their food service.

Hotel parking is not marked neither on the street nor in Google maps, also reception staff does not inform that parking is paid, no vegetables available at the breakfast

The Room was great, it was clean and comfortable. The staff were very nice

Definitely an older building, but fairly well kept. Clean. Had a comfortable stay. Staff was welcoming. A short walk from city shops and restaurants and other attractions. Beware that the brick and patterned sidewalks of Jaen make walking with roller luggage a bit of a challenge, but taxis are abundant and reasonably priced.

The hotel was great and very friendly. Loved having a bath. The done side was the food in the hotel was very poor.
