Stayed here for 4 night at the beginning of December, staff were very friendly and evening entertainment were brilliant. Prime location across the road from Benidorm palace and a short walk to the beach and to old town. Rooms are very yellow, could maybe do with a freshen up and hotel room doors are bright red. Room was clean and balcony was nice over looking the pool. Would definitely stay here again when in Benidorm again. Wide range of food at breakfast, lunch and dinner for everyone. Staff again very friendly.

Spent a week at this hotel - nice staff, very friendly , amazing food and absolutely tasty cocktails. Rooms were cleaned every day also very spacious. Giving 4* out of 5* because of those cards - every single time you have to give it if you want a drink, snack etc. a bit annoying. But in general we enjoyed a lot staying over there 🙂‍↕️

Our family had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel. The service throughout was excellent, and the staff were exceptionally kind, attentive, and welcoming. The entire property was spotless and the room was spacious, comfortable, and well maintained. The dining experience was also excellent. There was a wide variety of food available, with the menu changing daily, which kept each meal enjoyable and fresh. As someone who mainly eats vegetables and chicken, I always found plenty of delicious options to choose from. Traveling with a young child, I especially appreciated the facilities for families. My 1.5-year-old son loved the children’s swimming pool — the water was warm, clean and safe, making it perfect for little ones. Overall, this hotel provided us with a relaxing and memorable family holiday. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for excellent service, great food, and a welcoming atmosphere.

Had a wonderful stay at Hotel Mediterraneo. The staff were genuinely warm and welcoming, the rooms were spotless and comfortable, and the atmosphere was calm and relaxing. Great location, beautiful views, and a real feeling of being looked after. Would happily stay again and highly recommend.

We live an hour away so book this hotel for the show at Benidorm palace. Normally just one night. This time we had an extra night for various reasons. The booking is half board so we arrived checked in parking in their underground carpark and attacked the buffet lunch. Food is stuck in a time warp but .... Good for families , with lots of choice. Salad bar is Great!! Bedrooms are very spacious with lots of space for clothes in drawers and wardrobes with plenty of hangers. We're out of season and I think in season it would be heaving with kids n families. Now though it's great and they've got an amazing pool. Also it's reasonably quiet 🤫
