Nice room and excellent service from the front office team.

The room was clean but small. The shower was ridiculous. I flooded the bathroom every time I showered. They need to upgrade the shower doors. The bathroom was ridiculously small. The location was amazing. Great walk ability. Minimal amenities. The breakfast is an added charge and expensive for what it is so we went elsewhere for breakfast.

They have at least 3 different buildings, register for least expensive room and you get a closet. The ac wasn’t efficient, at check in no one showed me how to operate anything inside, TV had no signal at all, lighting very poor as was furnishings in my room. The main hotel seemed beautiful from what I saw. Breakfast was typical Carbs and fruits, no bacon & eggs….there were scrambled something!!! I couldn’t even try them and im not picky. I would not recommend this hotel.

The hotel delivered what was promised. Comfortable bedroom, good breakfast choices, convenient and quiet location. Recommended.

Lovely staff, clean property but small room which was dark. On an Opera weekend I guess you get what you pay for. Poor shower, overall ok.

Perfect central location. Exceeded expectations. A small.problem woth checkin was resolved quickly. The bed was so comfy and room temperature was perfect. Breakfast was good. Would absolutely stay again

Great location for exploring Verona. Safe and comfortable hotel.

We were disappointed with the room which was noisy. The noise was from the normal movement of furniture, other guests in the floor above, next door or in entrance. The issue is a lack of suitable sound insulation – the exposed ceilings mean there is only the floorboards above. The room also had little natural light (one window to an internal courtyard) so we had to step outside to check the weather. On a positive note the location is close to the centre.

Good hotel, nice staff, good breakfast

This was a cute little area, easy to access tourist spots, great dining. Amazing breakfast

Fantastic value. Fantastic breakfast with loads of choice. Couldn’t fault it at all for the price we paid. Only thing we really missed was no tea/coffee facilities in the room. Great location to the arena only a few mins walk. All staff so helpful. Would return back here.

Nice breakfast

We really enjoyed our stay at Marco Polo, and would definitely go back in the future. The location was perfect, and shops and restaurants were walkable. The room was clean and cosy. The staff were absolutely lovely, especially Nicole.

The property was close to shops and the coliseum.

The AC did not work, it was hotter in the room than outside. Nobody made up our room which was very very small

One of the best three stars I've stayed in: lovely room with rustic character, and in a quiet but central location. All the facilities: pleasant and clean ensuite, television, minibar, safe, even a small walk-in wardrobe. The breakfast was great too.

A very good location within east reach of all the sites. The room was clean and comfortable but quite dark and the bathroom was small. Staff were excellent.
