If you book a 1-bed room, you will be given a 2-bed room when the resident is a mother and baby. If the room has a TV, you can't watch it. When asked to check, I waited forever and didn't have to remind them many times. When someone came up to check, it was a mess. There was a TV that more than 5 people came up to check. Even after the TV was turned off, it couldn't be watched again. The price of the dinner buffet is high, but when taking the food, the staff shows an attitude of not wanting to give it to them. If you eat buffet breakfast, take your baby to the bathroom while you're eating, then clear the table while you're still eating. Too bad for a 4 star hotel to lose to a 1 star hotel. expensive price, an experience not worth the price paid. disappointed 😡😡😡
