The twin room our group occupied was small but clean and in good condition. One of us has to moved room because it smelled of sewage. Breakfast was good.

There is no room cleaning (not good) until night 3 or 4. This should be clearly spelled out on Expedia. You have to ask and insist for room cleaning, until you get a staff member that will accomodate this (not great customer service either).

Amazing hotel with great amenities and a wonderful breakfast

Three night stay - room not cleaned (ECO nonsense) despite our requests. Clean Towels only after repeated requests. In heavy rain my wife asked for some milk for tea - they refused and insisted she go to the supermarket for a small amount of milk! Definitely not 4 star or even 3!

Tallink Hotel was very nice and I highly recommend it. The only glitch we had was that our room cards kept expiring every day even though we were there for a three day visit. Very good breakfast and hotel staff was extremely nice.

Good location, near station and old town. Friendly staff. Shower would easily fill with water and did not drain quickly enough.

Lovely hotel, great staff, lovely breakfast. Very nice quiet rooms, with elegant bathroom and robes / slippers. Issue with shower draining dealt with quickly. Small gym and nice sauna, available 7-11. Jacuzzi pleasant but small and tepid. Parking a bit tricky if you are alone. The entrance is before the hotel, which is on a one way street so once you are past you need to go back around the block. Then staff need to confirm availability and operate the car lift. Each time you want to go in or out. But you can't argue it isn't secure! All in all a lovely stay, great location just outside of Old Town Riga.

At check-in, I was left waiting while the receptionist appeared to be engaged in a personal conversation with friends. This didn’t create a welcoming first impression and felt unprofessional. At check-out, I requested a modest 30-minute extension so I could shower after completing a half marathon. Unfortunately, this was declined quite bluntly, despite the circumstances. A bit of flexibility and understanding would have gone a long way in improving my overall impression of your service.

Staff were excellent overall. There was an issue on Saturday night with many teenagers in big groups, who made alot of noise ,and which their guardians and hotel staff found it difficult to get them to be more respectful of other guests!!

Location is excellent for touring the city.
