Room was clean and comfortable, good quiet vibes to the hotel, staff were friendly and helpful, noise levels were all OK

I didn't use the spa . Bar and restaurant staff were business like. Check in staff v.good. my second stay here and will return.

City hotel has an amazing breakfast, wide array of food to choose from, probably best I've ever had. Second time staying here with my family. Room size is decent for the family room. Service is good b staff is friendly.

Warm greetings at all times from staff and a comfortable room. Excellent breakfast. My only concern was a background sound, or hum, I assume from the air-con or heating services, that was present the entire time. Took a while to get to sleep. I stayed just the one night so no big deal.

Convenient location in the town, located short distances from 2 shopping centres and the older town centre. Also only a 10min taxi drive from the airport or the main train station. Good facilities and great service. Good restaurant, rooms quiet and clean with sufficient space to move around.

What a nice hotel . Staff very friendly and helpful. I was staying 4 nights. The hotel has great food and amazing location to the city you can walk. The last night the people next to my room were very noisy but the lady at the reception was very professional and gave me another room . She was very helpful. And next day book me a taxi to the airport. I will be stin this hotel again. I had chance of staying few hotel around Bydgoszcz but this one is definitely the best. And got great deal for stay. Rooms are spacious, bathroom with bath and shower, clean, breakfast was very good. The bed was comfortable although mattress was a bit too soft for my personal taste. I would definitely go again.

Complicated parking and very expensive. I used my ticket three times to enter the car park. No USB sockets to charge your phone.

Hotel is based in the center of Bydgoszcz with good road connections. Great breakfast. Nice service

I found hotel staff very helpful in dealing with any requests.

Check in was poor as there were issues between City Hotels reservation and the reservation I had with Hotels.com. This took a while and even though the mistake was on City Hotels side I did not recieved an apology for the inconvenience and delay. Much better hotels in the area and would only stay here if other options were not available.

City Hotel was a great find. Good room size. Friendly Staff. Choose from the short bar menu or the complete dining meal and you can eat something different every night for little cost. In hotel casino and free breakfast buffet.

Great location near mall with an attached parking lot to leave your car if driving there! Check- in process was a breeze! Rooms were nice and clean with comfortable beds. The dinner and coffee available were on point! The breakfast buffet offered was okay --could have been a bit more comprehensive for amount charged. Would stil very much recommend.

Decent spot for the money when you can find a good deal. Usually better prices on the weekend. Has a 24h casino attached! Hotel and restaurant staff are very nice. Would recommend if you're going to Camerimage Festival. Right down the street from Opera Nova.
