Room was clean and comfortable. Convenient location. Only one block from the beach. Be mindful of the fact that there is no lift or soundproofing between rooms. Very noisy at night. Also found that the tv and internet dropped out frequently. I did not order breakfast.

A small hotel with a casual style, friendly manager, and so close to everything including shops and the Promenade d’anglais.

The location is excellent with many shops, restaurants, and the beach close by. Public transport is just a couple of blocks away to take you to the airport or the train station. The one problem I had with my room was the temperature. It was very cold and there was no way to make it warmer. The staff said it would get warm eventually. ???

Staff were very friendly and always on hand to help with our queries. The location is ideal and it's less than a 5-minute walk to the Promenade des Anglais, which proved to be invaluable to our exploration of Nice!

I have been in many hotels around the world. I chose this one because of the reviews but those all were fakes because the place is terrible. It was a tick on my bed and when I went to the front desk at 6pm, nobody was there. That was the worse night of my life

Easy walk to restaurants, sea and groceries. Room is simple and well done, has everything we need (we loved having an electric kettle in our room and complimentary tea, etc. in the lobby) Secure parking was my main concern since I'm relocating and everything I own is in my car for this trip. Parking was an individual garage on the property for 15 euro, so that was a great comfort. Owner is very nice and helpful, we would stay here again.

Hotel is just a few minutes away from the Promenade des Anglais and the beach. Parking is available on the property. Friendly and helpful owners who upgraded us from a room with 2 beds to a superior room with 3 beds at no additional cost. Room was clean and beds were comfortable. There was no A/C but the hotel offers good value for the money.

Checking in I had no issues with and the location was pretty good, but the hotel doesn’t have air conditioning and it was super hot and hard to sleep. The outside was about 87° and the inside of the hotel had to have been like 95°. Kinda pricy for a place without air conditioning. I wouldn’t recommend if you don’t like sleeping in a hot stuffy room.

If i have to go back to Nice, i will go back there.👍

Weird smells after cleaning. Poor soundproofing. WiFi connection sometimes not stable. The facility not new as well. Generally fine though considering the price.

The staff attitude was so inconsiderate and not friendly. In the expedia app it says that room has a minbar fridge which is not correct, I counted on it to put my meficine in and the staff instead of apologizing, got defensive and said I should not expect a 2 star hotel to have a mini fridge in France which was not the point.

Cool place with great price. No bathroom in the room was a slight inconvenience but was overall a good experience. The bed comforter in my room looked dirty with brown spots. So I didn’t use it. It was worth the price paid.

Great location, convenient, quiet. Free coffee in the morning was a nice touch - we enjoyed it at the hotel's patio with pastries from a nearby bakery.

どこが玄関なのかわからない入り口でホテルと名乗るほどの施設でない。3階(2nd fl.)まで重たいスーツケースを階段で自分で持って上がれと当たり前のように言う。ベッドメークや掃除はできているし、セキュリティも悪くはない。ニースのホテル全てが高い料金なので、ニース相場なのだろうが、あの設備では高い！
