Staff did great , very nice and accommodating. I loved the pool and felt safe. I didn’t try the restaurant but it’s a nice option. The beds were not comfortable and they do not have an elevator, be aware of that. Overall it was a good experience.

Large room, good bed, fan did not work well and the room faced the main street so lots of road noise. Very convenient and easy to walk into the town

The lack of elevator is a really problem for people with impediments . Also the lack of air conditioner it another reason for me not staying again

It was ok to stay in the area. I personally think kis overrated for what they offer but it was ok.

The hotel was wonderful, our room was super clean very comfortable beds, it had everything we needed. The staff was wonderful, the girls at the front desk where super friendly and helpful. The food at there restaurants was very good, and the waiter's where friendly as well and very attentive. I would highly recommend this Hotel!

Does not have listed amenities - no spa services of any kind. Great place to stay though - walking distance from town and the pyramids

Nice hotel. Comfortable beds and very clean. Some rooms have very large balconies where you can sit and listen to birds. It wasn't warm enough for the pool but looks nice. Two cautions, there is no elevator, but it's only one floor up. Also, check google street view to locate the driveway entrance before you go. That was a big help and made it easy to know where the turn was. It's very close easy drive to the pyramids at Teotihuacan. We found good restaurants nearby and had one nice meal at the hotel. Staff are very friendly and helpful.
