Incredibly friendly staff and always available to answer any questions and help out with things. Room was perfect for myself alone, the one issue being that water leaked out of the pipe going towards the shower head but that isn’t any reason to drop down any stars.

The breakfast was the best in my travel experience. Bread with diverse cheese, 4types of fresh fruits, serial and dairy products, three types of egg dish, cooked potato, baken and drinks. Choice range was wide.

This is a great place to stay, if you don’t mind that there aren’t any restaurants around . It is in an industrial area near a train station. It was easy getting around because of it! The staff is really nice, the breakfast is great, they clean the room every day. Very quiet ! Only thing I didn’t like is that they want to keep the room key when you leave, unless you ask to keep it. I recommend to not take Ubers or taxis!! The train and metro is cheaper and convenient. Even getting to the Arlanda airport was a breeze.

The staff was very friendly, and exceptionally helpful and accommodating. I won't complain about the size of the room, since for the price it was fine, but I wasn't a fan of the dimensions. It was awkwardly narrow. Though if you're not traveling with a lot of bags like I was, that will likely be less of an issue. Otherwise very comfortable.

Stayed for a business trip and it was adequate in all requirements - cleanliness, comfort, distance from metro station, helpfulness of staff and breakfast.

I booked the Brunnby for the convenience of its location in regards to what I was in Stockholm for. Upon arrival a door bell system is in place to enter the building which at the time didn’t feel to problematic. The front of desk staff had a “I’m just happy to be working” vibe but did answer all my questions that I had. My room was clean and exactly like the pictures show, but the only annoyance I had with it was the air con unit was broken. I did not decide to approach the front desk about it as I was in Sweden in January so a slightly hot room was not to terrible to return to. Back to the problematic door bell system, yes the front desk had a 24/7 system in place but when it’s -8C outside and it takes them a few minutes to open the door I was pleased my room was going to be slightly warmer than normal. A room key front door entry would be a better option in my personal opinion.

This hotel was not luxourious by any means but the room, though small and basic, was perfectly clean and comfortable. The reception staff were friendly and the breakfast was much nicer than I expected it would be. The staff even bought me some cake from their own bakery and it was delicious. Took some away to eat at work later. The downside was the area. Very close to the centre with good links but not a holiday destination. This felt like a truck stop area, very industrial with a lot of parked lorries all around. It took me a while to find and I did not feel that comfortable walking there in the dark on my own (arrived around midnight). However, as an overnight stop, with a very good price and close to an array of good transport links, I would definitely stay there again.

Really cheap and very comfortable room with free internet, car parking and breakfast. There was a fridge in the room and it was possible to cook in a common kitchen, but no croissants at breakfast! Little far from the gamla stan but with public transportation nearby. At the back of the fruit and flower storage market.

The hotel is nice and the staff are really helpful. The décor is modern and the breakfast was nice too. Our room had a fridge-freezer, TV and fast WiFi. Brunnby would be a really good hotel if it was not for the location. It is located in an industrial area which has a very serious infestation of rats; as soon as it gets dark the streets outside are swarming with them - I know Stockholm in general is having a rat problem, but this area was really badly affected. You can get a tram then train into central Stockholm in 35 minutes total so the transport links are very good and the location would not have bothered us otherwise. The hotel inside is clean and is great value for money, it is just a shame that the surrounding businesses are not doing more to address the rats.

A hotel that wants more than its able too. The cleaning was acceptable but the personell didn´t saw the forgotten clothes laying in a hidden place in the bathroom. Neither did the saw the peanuts under the bed. The basin was dripping during the arrival, but get better during the stay. The personell didn´t find out what was causing the problem. The breakfast is medium standard. Overall the hotel is acceptable related to the price.

Hotel is tucked away, hence price. It was very quiet, clean and had a comfortable bed. Also had a good shower. A very easy short cut to the station was described making travelling about really easy using Stockholm's excellent travel facilities.
