Nice lobby and communal areas, friendly staff. Room very small but clean and bed comfortable . Sink didn’t drain and despite my reporting it, it was not fixed throughout my three night stay.

Mateo at the front desk was very helpful and pleasant. He helped us get around Paris on the train, which is not as easy as one expects. The hotel is located near two train stations and literal steps up to a major boulevard in Le Marais.

The front desk staff were very helpful and friendly. Room was clean. The bathtub/shower should offer a non skid Matt for bottom of tub as it was slippery. Overall a Very nice location and hotel!

Staff was great, early check in was available, luggage storage. Like the way the room storage shelves allow you to keep your items off the floor abd have more walkong space.

The staff were courteous and friendly during all interactions. The hotel was located on a nice quiet street with amenities within a very short walk. The room was clean and comfortable and the main floor has two lounge areas with a washroom. An elevator will assist in getting your luggage to your floor however the stairs are easily accessible. Close to Bastille area and Metro stations. Highly recommend staying here.

I absolutely love this hotel — this was our second stay and it was just as wonderful as the first. The staff is warm and welcoming, and the location couldn’t be better with the metro so close, making all of Paris easily accessible. The hotel was extremely accommodating, and I’m already looking forward to returning next year. The only thing missing this time was Patricia, who was away on vacation. If you’re fortunate enough to stay here, don’t miss stopping by Il Seguito for a glass of wine!

It is overall a good hotel in a safe, quiet and convenient location. The staff was always helpful and pleasant to deal with. The air conditioning worked great. The rooms are small, which is fine. The only complaint is the housekeeping, the walls and vents are very dusty and there was sewer gas smell coming from the toilet at nighttime, possibly because there were more guests using the toilets in the building.

Front staff was great. Room was never restocked with coffee or shampoo. I asked the first time but just didn’t bother after that

Love this quaint hotel with staff that provide us with legendary service. They were so helpful and make you feel so welcome. I loved it and would be back. The area had lots of restaurants, shopping and easy access to public transportation. I highly recommend this hotel and looking forward to be back.

The air conditioning was amazing and the staff was lovely. We really enjoyed our stay.
