Todo muy bueno el único detalle que no me agradó es un mal olor que sale del desagüe de la ducha. Estuve en dos habitaciones y en las dos sucedió lo mismo.

The room smelled damp, the bath water smelled like sewage, and the toilet seat was broken. Bad experience.

Clean rooms, staff was very friendly, helpful. Breakfast was ok, could be a bit better!

I didn’t like the location. Very noisy at night. They also need more drawers for clothing.

The bed was too hard it was very small bed too and also we were right next to the parking space so we couldnt sleep at all i wish to have moved to another hotel but since it was a short trip i didnt have time to switch.

La estacia fue muy buena. El trato fue excelente, sobre todo la persona encargada del estacionamiento, nos ayudo excelentemente. 5 extrellas para el.

Nice place to stay, close to the historic center. The one thing that was new to me, was having to insert key card so that power stays on. Which included the AC. Breakfast isn't free. I think unless they have inclusive. But i would def stay here again.

Made reservation for a king bed got denied and demoted to 2 full size.. and was given no choice in the matter… restroom needs ventilation system and bed and was wobbly couldn’t move at night without waking up because it felt like inception

The check in was difficult entrance where you turn in was backed up blocking the street cars honking with no direction from the employee upfront . I had to park in the parking lot next door which they charge me . I then walk to check in and the guy upfront was rude making sure to let me know there is no Valet and the parking lot I parked in has no affiliation it was my fault for parking there . The room and hallway had a strange smell and bed was hard as the floor . Overall I would rate it a 2 not terrible or great but I would not come back . Pictures can and are deceiving .
