Very clean staff lovely 3 min walk to stip lovely pool area only complaint apt could do with being redecorated

The property has nice pool, ocean view balcony and is a short walk to the tourist restaurants, loud British pubs with large TV playing football games and souvenir shops along the beach front. The actual room was dirty and small not well equipped. Hard beds. We had to pay for rental of hair dryer plus deposit on hair dryer and TV remote. No breakfast avail so we went next door for 20 euro it was very good.

Room was fine no sun on the balcony atol staff were ok

Hotel was nice , in nice area Sofa bed could do with updating it was like sleeping on the floor Communication between the hotel and hotels.com needs to be improved. I purchased a pay on arrival, but I was emailed while at the airport asking for payment , to be told my accommodation will be cancelled if not paid with in 2 hours, this is not good customer service.

we have been here about 10 times and its always good, only thing missing was a decent bar which has now been addressed by the new managers, will definitely be back.

Really nice place to stay,not too far away from the beach,bars,restaurants etc rooms are abit outdated but theres everything you need

Staff are friendly, they are good little apartments with everything within close walking distance.

Lovely apartment, very clean and spacious. Lovely pool area and food & drinks reasonable. The bar in the reception area is really cheap, couldn’t fault the hotel at all

Great place to be. The apartment was lovely and clean and with few steps to the swimming pool. The staff was very lovely and helpful with everything we need. They kept our bags our last day and they offered us their courtesy room for a shower before to take our plane. I recommend this place with 5 starts. I will definitely be back.

Stayed here about 10 times, always had a good time , shame the bar isn’t always open in the evening . Most staff are good, particularly the ones who have been there for years. Definitely improved since the first time we went

First time staying at Plaza Azul, spotlessly clean, good house keeping services throughout. Apartments are well equipped, everything you need for doing your own food if required. All the staff were amazing & helpful all the way. Good secure safe in the apartment & very cheap price for key rental. The pool & outside bar area was always spotlessly clean & well attended by staff. Plenty of sunbeds at all times of the day. Very well situated for taxis, local buses & excursion pick ups & of course really close the the main big beaches & bars & restaurants in Puerto Del Carmen.

lovely apartments clean and very comfortable ideally situated middle of the resort just 5 minutes from the beach.decent sized pool.apartments could do with an upgrade but for what you pay they are spot on.only niggle i had and it may seem silly but most apartments i have been too in lanzarote have an area where people leave left over books and you can drop yours off and just pick a book.here you had to give up a book and pay a euro to get a book.bit odd

Apt a bit old-fashioned but very well kept and very clean. Staff pleasant and very efficient,especially our cleaning lady. Very nice pool and pool bar. In a good location. All in all very good value for money.
