The room was very generously sized, clean and quiet. Pool was an added bonus for the kids. Would recommend this to other familiea visiting Quebec City.

Great price for what you get. The place was clean, the staff was really nice, and the location was super convenient. I also loved that coffee, hot chocolate, and tea were available for free at any time. The swimming pool is also a good addition if you have kids or teens. Just a small suggestion: it would be nice to have scrambled eggs instead of cooked eggs. Overall, a great stay and I’d definitely come back.

Room was clean, staff was excellent.

The bathroom was not the cleanest and was very old. It’s could use a little love. The room was generally quite humid. There was no hand soap upon arrival, we had to request a bar of soap. The continental breakfast lacked protein options.

Nothing fancy in this hotel but the rooms are clean, the linen is comfortable and free parking and breakfast are convenient. Good value.

Staff was very helpful, room was clean and ready when we arrived. Free coffee and hot chocolate at reception was welcoming after the long drive. We wouldnt hesitate to stay here again.

There’s absolutely no hot water the entire three days two nights we were there making showering and washing impossible. The bathroom was dirty with someone else’s hair in the shower.The breakfast was absolutely terrible.
