Le menu pourrait etre un peu mieux mais pour tout le reste tout est tres bien passé une tres belle fin semaine à la prochaine fois

I had made a reservation for 2 double beds and it was finaly one Queen bed with one sofa-bed, wich is far of being confortable for an adult.

Beakfast was average Reception staff was terrible

C’est l’hôtel la plus sale dans laquelle j’ai été. Le sol et le mobilier était plein de poussières. J’ai retrouvé des cheveux aussi.Lorsque je suis allé voir la réceptionniste pour lui faire la remarque, elle n’a rien pu faire. La propreté c’est la base. J’aurais préféré de loin payer plus cher un autre hôtel. Je n’y retournerai pas c’est certain.

Room is not properly cleaned.

La cuisine etaient sale. Le rack pour faire secher la vaiselle dégueulasse. Les boutons du four des années 70 étaient tout collants. La chambre sentait le pain humide. C'était très humide. Leau de la douche stagnait dans le bain. Le robinet de la douche vraiment tres difficile à ouvrir et fermer. Pleins de poils sur le plancher de la salle de bain. Plancher collant dans la chambre. Les lits sont tres confortables. Nous avions la suite 311. Il serait bien de mettre un balais pour nettoyer l'appartement car il y a une cuisine et nous y mangeons. Aucun produit nettoyant pour les contoirs et la table de cuisine ni scott towel. Sinon le staff est sympathique. L'emplacement est bien. La piscine est froide et le déjeuner est très de base. Le café et chocolat chaud a volonté toute la journée cest bien

The breakfast was fine - nothing fancy but was convenient. I did enjoy having access to coffee all day! The room was much smaller than I expected and the pillows were a bit lumpy. We didn’t pay much for the room though.

Staff was great and welcoming. Rooms were comfy but for the price it is a great place to rest your head and go about your journey. Breakfast was standard continental, nothing too crazy. I would reccommend this place it has free parking but only if you are on a budget. The room walls were thin and we could hear our neighbors into the wee hours. It also had a bit of a musty smell but the shower gels made up for that. We got a good sleep, beds were comfy and clean.

The room was very comfortable, spacious, and clean, with everything needed for a great stay. The staff was extremely friendly. The breakfast was delicious and varied. The pool was large and at a pleasant temperature.

The staff were fantastic and the building was clean and full of charm. Our suite was huge and had a kitchen with a full sized fridge so we did not eat at the hotel. There is no elevator but staff will help you carry your luggage. The saltwater pool was not too cool so great for the entire family. Overall we really enjoyed our stay!

Nice little hotel, very European in tendency, rooms not extremely large, decorated with taste but no excess but my room was very clean and confortable which is the important factors for a short business trip !

There's no breakfast, the room is dirty/dusty, the bed is too soft for comfort, and the noise penetrates. We were not able to sleep well. The area would be ok for his telling, not as hotel where one would expect privacy and some peace quiet

Small room with an excellent bed. Tiny bathroom a bit dated. In decent shape. No carpets which is a plus. Good selection of channels on a decent toshiba tv. Gym was terrible. If you are going to offer a gym you should care about equipment. Breakfast was a very good selection for the standard continental breakfast. Staff were all very good. Overall a decent stay for a reasonable price. We would stay again.

It’s an excellent place but my husband walks with 2 canes and there is no elevator. Otherwise we would definitely recommend to all healthy people

Pool floor was very wet and gross, peuple kept walking in and out with their outside boots but no one ever came to mop it clean. Broken faucet in my room, only had cold water (first day). Was told (immediately) that it would be fixed and then never heard back from anyone and wasn't fixed, even if someone came while i was away to fix it. We were there 3 days... it would have been nice to at least have a follow up from maintenance. Staff was super friendly and professional. Maybe they were understaffed. Otherwise, fantastic stay.
