Petit déjeuner très bien pour cette catégorie d’hôtel. Ma chambre était généralement propre (poussière sur le haut des murs). Lit confortable. À 15-20 min. à pied de l’animation du quartier St-Roch. Balade agréable en été.

Clean room

This is a very nice hotel , great location , very clean , very quite , nice breakfast , Bianca at the front desk is super nice and helpful also Sarah . Would stay here again as we walked to Old City in about 20 minutes .

Petit hôtel accueillant et propre mais attention il n'y a pas d'ascenseur, donc vous devez monter vos valises dans les escaliers. Le petit déjeuner est inclus mais il est très basique (croissants, muffins et breuvages) Le room service est fait seulement sur demande et il faut appeler ou demander directement à la réception. L'hôtel est vien situé de le quanrtier Saint-Sauveur et on a accès à beaucoup de restaurants et commerces à pied.

Les chambres (101-105, sous-sol) sont grandes (2 grands lits) et très propres, mais sombres et humides. Bonne literie, on y dort bien. L’espace de vie est cosy, petit gym ok, petit dej’ correct.

Front desk was very nice.

La piscine semble malheureusement manquer d’entretien : on remarque des traces brunes sur le contour ainsi qu’un taux d’humidité très élevé. Je comprends toutefois que les améliorations nécessaires pourraient représenter des coûts importants. De plus, le savon dégage une odeur de citron très prononcée et, pour terminer, la pression de la douche est vraiment insuffisante. Mes les couvertes serviette très propre , la chambre était bien , café gratuit , mon conjoint a bien aimé le déjeuner surtout la variété, beau petit gym et salle sejour détente bien . Merci pour le séjour 😊

Poor sound isolation

This hotel is reasonably priced and looks great from the photos online. We arrived around 9:30 pm and there were several homeless people passing by the parking lot, with a couple non-homeless looking guys acting sketchy in the parking lot to the point I was afraid they would break into guests’ vehicles. THERE IS NO ELEVATOR SO YOU HAVE TO CARRY YOUR LUGGAGE FOR UP TO 3 FLIGHTS OF STAIRS. Our room was on the top floor (3rd), making it very difficult to carry large heavy suitcases and a cooler up. We had a large enough room with 2 queen beds and a kitchen. Beds were clean, but there was visible mold in a gap between a bathroom baseboard and door frame and mold in the cabinet of the bathroom sink. The free continental breakfast was very limited (bread/Costco 2-bite cinnamon rolls/ cheese croissants/yogurt/boiled eggs/cereal/oranges). We are used to free breakfasts that include scrambled eggs/waffles in a do-it-yourself waffle maker/bacon/sausage, and there was none of that. But they did say Continental, not mentioning any warm items, so I should have expected a very limited breakfast like they had. The exterior of the hotel is also not apparent as a hotel when arriving in the dark to the rear parking lot. We questioned whether our GPS took us to the right place.
