Staff were great, we took our dog with us (as we have several times before) the cleanliness of the room was ok but not immaculate.

We stayed over for one night. Concierge was great upon arrival, and staff were very welcoming. Reception area smelt lovely as we walked in and the surrounding are immaculate. The room was lovely, comfortable bed and plenty of room for the 2 of us. Had a drink in the bar but didn't actually eat in the hotel as we like to go out and about

Service & staff were great … as were the facilities & room .. the only complaint we have is that despite upgrading to the turquoise suite the room was really quite cold despite an extra radiator being provided & remained so

Loved our room ! Love the staff , Michael on concierge treated us so well ! All the hotel staff are fab ! Regular visitor in December annually ! Worth every penny ! Elemis toiletries , spacious room and so comfy ! Love the place !

We upgraded our room for £22 per night which was lovely and spacious. The staff were very helpful. The hotel was lovely and clean. Excellent position in Windsor opposite the Castle.

The deluxe room we booked was beautiful and huge! The hotel itself is lovely and the staff were great. We will definitely be staying again next year.

Lovely hotel - great location opposite the castle. Room was clean and nice size. Only negative bed was not comfortable - it had a hard mattress and the pillows were useless.

Very clean. All good as usual. Arrived late and left early so did not eat

We had 4 rooms booked as we had an event at Windsor Castle the next day. We had one car between the 4 rooms and were heavily dissuaded by your concierge not to use the hotels car park. We were parked at the garage at the back and kept being told how expensive the parking was and how we would be charged 2 days even though we wouldn’t have even been there 18 hours.. This caused us problems and to be late for our event that evening too. It was not a great start .

Wonderful, welcoming staff. Hotel reception & bar/restaurant smells beautiful. Rooms are spacious, comfortable large bed, robes & slippers supplied, lovely products (Ellemis).
