The room and view are really nice. Strategic location near the bund. The bellboy staff named Aaron is also super helpful from the first day he arrived. Everything is good, no shortcomings. The closet and bidet are also sophisticated. Will come back to stay here again

Excellent location with top class service. Stand next to the Bund and walking distance to Nanjing Street. In-room dining is perfect. Very clean and neat. Everything is just perfect for this hotel.
