Great staff and great view from our room!

The breakfast tasty with a large selection. The staff was accommodating and professional. Lovely, modern and extremely clean rooms.

Even though the hotel was quite full, the lovely woman at reception was able to give me a room facing the beautiful church next door. Very friendly and professional team at reception.

Our room had the best view of the Alstadt Christmas market! We loved the property and the breakfast had a wonderful variety of choices.

The friendly and attentive front desk personnel. Greeted you with smiles and answered all my questions. The room was great, with all amenities. Right at the oldest Christmas market and Holy Cross Church. Will definitely return to this hotel.

Excellent Stay – Highly Recommended The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The hotel boasts an amazing location, which was a major highlight. If you plan to visit the local markets, I highly recommend requesting a room with a view—it is well worth the extra cost. Furthermore, including breakfast is definitely worthwhile. I would definitely stay here again. PS if visiting the Christmas Markets make sure you bring cash.

Perfect location in the heart of the old town right next to old Market square and minutes from Zwinger and Frauenkirche Very quiet, great wellness spa and friendly reception, i had a lovely 48 hours there !

This is a 3 people friends trip. The description of the room showed on Hotels.com is 1 Queen bed and 1 twin bed. When we arrived, that was a bund bed not even sofa bed in room. They only prepared 2 people sets instead of 3 which I was disappointed. But hotel location was excellent to everywhere.
