Perfect for our 4 night stay. Made to feel welcome by the staff all of whom were very friendly and obliging. Although the restaurant was closed breakfast was available and had a good choice of breakfast items. There was a bar restaurant on the ground floor in which meals could be had. The spa area looked inviting but we didn't have time to try as we were out all day. The room was very comfortable with a small lounge area and comfortable beds. An excellent shower and toilet layout. The room temperature was acceptable not to hot, not to cold and with a window to open and no noise from outside made for a perfect night's sleep. We would most certainly use this hotel again if we were in the area.

Very good. Spacious room, tea and coffee. 3 arm chairs. Large bed. Friendly service. Good breakfast. Unusual location in a shopping centre. Chinese buffet next door. Swimming pool out of action, but sauna and jacuzzi available.

Excellent food to be fair

Our second stay & we enjoyed the large room, comfortable bed, & a swim in the indoor pool. The staff are very friendly, efficient & helpful. The check in time is 5pm.

Very off after hours check in process. The place was really dark and locked up. Had to use our cell phone lights just to see a small sign on the door to call a number to get jn, then retrieve our room keys from a lock box. After that, was okay. Plenty of parking, but dark area with very little lighting after hours.

It’s different, not what you expect from the outside. Staff were friendly, it was clean. Just an unusual location in between shopping outlet, but pleasantly surprised

Very welcoming & efficient staff. A good sized room & shower room. A large comfortable bed. The swimming pool & sauna area is very nice. There’s a nice restaurant at the hotel & a Chinese restaurant next door.

Catastrophique

À la réservation sur hôtels.com, aucune mention de la fermeture de l’espace aquatique. Une fois enregistré, l’hôtel envoie un mail pour m’en avertir, ce à quoi je réponds qu’il aurait été judicieux de le signaler avant. Ils me répondent que c’est le cas mais sur leur site, sur lequel il faut « traquer l’info ». Chose que j’aurais du effectivement faire avant de réserver car j’y ai découvert des avis plutôt mitigés. Trop tard. Arrivé à l’hôtel: pas de chauffage dans la chambre, les toilettes non fonctionnelles et non réparées malgré ma demande, un entretien plus que moyen des chambres ( poussière, ampoules, état du mobilier), une seule serviette, un matelas vide de son âme et de son confort. Et qu’elle ne fut pas ma surprise, de croiser dans les couloirs, en rentrant tard, des personnes en maillot de bain, trempées de la tête au pied. Je déconseille.
