Perfect for our 4 night stay. Made to feel welcome by the staff all of whom were very friendly and obliging. Although the restaurant was closed breakfast was available and had a good choice of breakfast items. There was a bar restaurant on the ground floor in which meals could be had. The spa area looked inviting but we didn't have time to try as we were out all day. The room was very comfortable with a small lounge area and comfortable beds. An excellent shower and toilet layout. The room temperature was acceptable not to hot, not to cold and with a window to open and no noise from outside made for a perfect night's sleep. We would most certainly use this hotel again if we were in the area.

Very good. Spacious room, tea and coffee. 3 arm chairs. Large bed. Friendly service. Good breakfast. Unusual location in a shopping centre. Chinese buffet next door. Swimming pool out of action, but sauna and jacuzzi available.

Excellent food to be fair

Our second stay & we enjoyed the large room, comfortable bed, & a swim in the indoor pool. The staff are very friendly, efficient & helpful. The check in time is 5pm.

Very off after hours check in process. The place was really dark and locked up. Had to use our cell phone lights just to see a small sign on the door to call a number to get jn, then retrieve our room keys from a lock box. After that, was okay. Plenty of parking, but dark area with very little lighting after hours.

It’s different, not what you expect from the outside. Staff were friendly, it was clean. Just an unusual location in between shopping outlet, but pleasantly surprised

Very welcoming & efficient staff. A good sized room & shower room. A large comfortable bed. The swimming pool & sauna area is very nice. There’s a nice restaurant at the hotel & a Chinese restaurant next door.

S'il est vrai qu'on peut deviner que l'hôtel date un peu, il n'en reste pas moins un séjour totalement singulier.

du bruit en exterieur avec musique face a l'hôtel jusqu'a 23H mais le pire c'est la remontée d'égout dans la SDB avec tous les joints crades...

Personalen gör vad de kan men det räcker inte. Det här stället behöver en totalrenovering. Svartmögel i rummen, fläckar och ostädat. Kommer inte tillbaka hit.

Hôtel avec gros potentiel pas assez exploité… Les + / petit déjeuner rempli à toutes heures , la piscine , jaccuzi , hammam , salle de sport … , le personnel très agréable et qui font toujours leur possible si besoin! Endroit très calme et pratique en cas de besoin d’aller faire les magasins ! La clim dans la chambre ! Les - / un peu plus de salé serait la bienvenu au petit déjeuner ( omelettes , bacon…) , t• de la piscine trop fraîche , plus d’eau chaude pour la douche le soir vers 20h ( peut être que notre chambre ?) donc douche à l’eau froide … , J’ai trouvé le sol de la salle de bain assez sale dans les coins , un rafraîchissement serait la bienvenue dans les chambres .
