This hotel is far from a 4-star hotel rating, except for room pricing. I stayed 3 nights in the hotel. There was no pot to boil water for tea, and the shower gel bottle was empty. My accommodation rating is 2 stars, max. Their primary business is a dorm room for the nearby University. Their service matches the dormitory level. All hotel staff treat every guest as a student with dry smiles and very minimal responses to questions or requests. Some reviews said the hotel is in an ideal location for sightseeing, but it depends on what you want to see. I should have researched the hotel more before booking.

The people at the front counter were awesome. Friendly explained the shopping and food places for the type I asked. The breakfast was high quality food and clean. Overall the stay was a 9. Could have been a 10 if the day I checked in. I couldn’t reach the hotel on my checkin date due to the taxi strike for 24 hours. The next day I checked in and they had my checkin available and the lady cared less about a refund due to the taxi strike. They she tol me the checkout date was Saturday not Sunday. My reservation copy showed Sunday June 1, 2025. I had to call hotel.com and they sent me the confirmation email and I showed the lady again. Told me know and she checked in the computer and some other paper behind the desk. Finally kept showing the email she said checkout June 1. You can see my frustration and my wife and I both in the late 70’s. The taxi strike for 24 hours we didn’t no about until we left the airport, I feel I should not have been charged the night I couldn’t get there.

This was just a stop for a night but the wifi was not reaching our room, we had to be on the top floor or in the lobby the have wifi which was annoying

In general, a good hotel, what bothered me was that it doesn't matter if you put the NO Disturb, they still entered your room, on 3 occasions they entered my room while I was in the bathroom despite the sign posted on the door. They do not respect privacy!!

Close to everything clean with great breakfast

This hotel has an exceptional location, unfortunately it is not well maintained, every thing is very old and not taken care of, the staff are not hospitable, rooms are very noisy because of the bathroom drainage and the proximity to the main street. I won't go there again or recommend it to any one.

Rooms are very hot

The staff were very nice and the location was convenient but that is where the positive aspects of the room end. In my room, the WiFi did not work and it was in such a location that even my cell service did not work. When I brought up the former to the staff they suggested they would restart the router to which I said that was not the going to make a differences and it did not. The room was smaller than my living room at home and it is the first time in 30 years I have slept in a twin bed in real life or at a hotel. The area was dirty and loud but I fear this might just be Naples. I am unclear what makes this hotel a 4* hotel and the cost was extraordinarily high for what I got.
