It was a great stay. Would have been nice to have a refrigerator and microwave.

This is a very poor JW. Needs to be updated badly. Room was dirty, service was slow, also lots of hidden fees. Would not recommend this property.

Great experience

The hotel staff was helpful, I felt the room was spacious. There were some issues with cleanliness in the room and the valet service was not efficient.

Staff was super friendly, arrived early with kids from a long trip and gave us a room as early as possible.

Location for cruise port

Everything was great up until we lost power. It cane back in the afternoon but room service was out the internet and everythinf else for at least 5h.

The staff are so nice and helpful. The best valet people I have ever met.
