The room was spacious, very clean, balcony was huge with a view over the front of the hotel. The staff were very friendly. Particularly the resteraunt staff. Veronica was very helpful with the menu and very courteous. The food was excellent both for breakfast & Dinner. A minor observation was that the power sockets in the room required a different adapter, not supplied , we had to loan from reception. Also there was no tea making facilities in the room , we had to ask for this from reception, and inconvenience rather than a complaint, we should of been told of this on checking in. The Bars both inside & by the pool were not operational., throughout our stay. Overall it was a very nice hotel oh and the pools were very good & well maintained. Anyone who may be planning to go there should be aware that it's a remote location, no local transport whatsoever. Imperative that you need a car. There is no shuttle bus available. A taxi cost £60 to the town. I don't think I've been over critical, but I hope this review helps you as a potential visitor.

Great welcome at reception at check in!

We stayed here for one night and wish we could have stayed longer. We didn’t have time to use the spa but we did go to the outdoor pool for a bit. The pool was amazing and the outdoor bar was a nice touch. The breakfast was very good and the room overlooked the race track so you can watch the horses warm up in the morning. It was an overall excellent hotel for the price.

It’s amazing if you have your own car and are able to move around. Breakfast is good, the rooms are a little old but they are comfortable and clean, the staff is very kind. I’ve stayed at this hotel for the last 4 or 5 summer vacations. It’s an amazing place to stay if you want to explore the area.

There was no wifi , breakfast was sub par, not a good variety nor enough food to take. Shower was the only good part

Great hotel - good size pool, good breakfast buffet, and comfortable rooms.

Room was missing details for a 4 star hotel. Did not have a coffee maker or kettle in the room. Had to ask reception to provide us with two normal glasses and a coffee cups. Smell of damp in the bathroom but other then that room was clean. Breakfast not enough staff to cater for restaurant size. Items take too long to be replace when finished . Indoor pool needs to be warmer as was cold .

Do not use the baby cots, they are not safe, the mattresses are smaller than the cots and they don't have cot sheets, they use single bed sheets instead. Our baby got trapped under the mattress, with the sheets. The hotel did nothing to solve the problem apart from proposing an even worse fitting mattress, and still made us pay a supplement for the cot that could have killed our baby. We also had a leak in the bathroom, brown water from the tap, and the outside pool is closed.

hotel was good,very clean and good breakfast. WIFI was very weak and sometimes with no internet at all. Rooms would be better if equiped with a kettle, coffee and tea.

The air con in the rooms doesn’t work and it is very hard to operate. We had terrible nights of sleep due to the hot weather and the staff was helpless.

It was a good stay, the only setback is that the indoor pool and gym are great but opens at 10am which technically makes no sense as you will miss breakfast, it would be ideal to open only the gym from 7/8am

It’s a good hotel, I’ve been to this property more than once. My only comments are the gym should open at 8am not 10am as this is too late if you want to fill your day and manage breakfast.

Nice rooms great pool and spa.

hotel is ok but the surrounding roads and area are very dirty and strewn with rubbish. because of the low number of clients the hotel was "dead" .the bar downstairs was not available
