I always book here and they continue to be a clean and relaxing stay. I really enjoy the location as well, good spot.

Staff was friendly Parking lot is well lit. Easy travel in and out of the area.

Breakfast was exceptional. This is coming from someone who hates eating outside.

I paid for two nights and left after 12 hours. It was horrible. The toilet never stopped running. Then water pressure was non-existent. There was never anyone actually at the front desk. Only one elevator worked and it was so hot in there you roasted. The elevator was so slow. My room was right up against the laundry room so in addition to toilet running all night i had pleasure of listening to washer and dryer. The TV was hung so poorly you couldn't see TV from bed. Room was either freezing or hot. Seek accommodations elsewhere. Overall horrible.

Great hotel

The property seem isolated but other that no complaints

It started it out fantastic but our car was stolen the mast night we were there and the hotel was very unhelpful. It felt like an inside job. A brand new truck stolen with our baby-seat and stroller inside almost 4 hours from home. They would not show us the security footage or the name of the worker who was very suspicious. The first day we just checked in and that same suspicious worker came upstairs and said there was a complaint. She was trying to look in the room but I held it slightly open. Tjat same worker was waiting outside for her ride when we returned Saturday night only for our car to be stolen that night after we retired to our room. Other vehicles similar to ours have been stolen

We didn't like that the bathroom fans didn't work. Other than that, the room was great and clean.

Rooms are always clean and comfy. Breakfast is fresh and good as well. I love staying here when in Dallas. This is my go to spot. Great area as well, a lot of convienant options all around.

Everything was great, we had a little issue with the television but the person from the front desk went and fixed it for us. Breakfast was delicious. We will visit again soon.

I was happy with the hotel and the location. Not happy to be charged 25.00 for checking in 1 hour early and not told.

The stay was great no issues apart from there only being one working elevator.

Everything was clean and the people in the front were kind and professional. I’d definitely stay here again.
