Great location for city exploring.

All the staff were extremely nice and accommodating. We enjoyed the proximity to the city centre. Although there were pubs all around us, the rooms were quiet and comfortable.

Great location in the centre of bars and restaurants. Amazing welcoming and helpful staff. Rooms are small but very well appointed with mini kitchens, comfy beds, great hot shower and Molton Brown toiletries. We loved the complimentary drink and snacks in the lounge every evening. We loved our stay and would definitely return.

Stayed here for a second time and it’s a lovely hotel. Room was quiet. Stayed in the small double which was perfect for one person for a few nights. Bed was very comfy and cosy. Bathroom and shower were great too. Staff very friendly and welcoming. Would stay here again if in Liverpool for it being a lovely hotel and in a great location. This hotel doesn’t serve breakfast which didn’t bother me anyway.

Everything was spot on. Especially for the price. I was also upgraded to allow for an early check in at no extra cost.

Lovely place, large very clean rooms, good facilities and very helpful and friendly staff.

Everything was nice from the friendly check in to the check out. Had to look for the coffee in the room as it was behind a door next to the wardrobe but unlike other places They don’t skimp on milk etc. overall a nice stay.

Very comfortable hotel with wonderful staff. We will definitely return when next visiting Liverpool.

We stay in hotels in Liverpool 3 or 4 times a year and The Resident has become our firm favourite. The rooms are spotless and so comfortable and practical. It's in a great location for both bars, restaurants and shops. But the best part of our stay every time is the staff. They go above and beyond and make our stays extra special.
