Waiting almost 1 hour and a half For the ride and call two times to the reception and they say you’re right. Isn’t the way

Friendly, helpful staff and a clean, comfortable room.

It is a great choice; the place is very nice room, mattress and pillows; not to many restaurants or bars. Just a few options.

The staff and the hotel were actually very nice. Staff was super friendly and so so helpful. The room as mostly clean. Just the mirror was completely missed. It looked like the last person that stayed got toothpaste all over the mirror.

Great location, helpful staff and clean facilities. The room had great lighting, was spacious and had everything needed for us to be comfortable. Their 24hr airport shuttle was a huge plus!

I think that the prices were high

Amenities were clean and as expected. Shuttle service from the airport to the hotel was non existent. We were given instructions to let them know when we arrived which we did multiple times to no avail. There was no response either through text or by phone. We had to take a very expensive taxi after waiting for about 20 minutes as it was very late. Upon arrival we let the reception staff know about this; they checked and we could see our messages and missed calls on their screen. There was no apology or credit given, just a shrug. Very poor experience.

Room was clean

Room was very nice. Room service was prompt and menu had great variety. Staff was friendly and helpful. Airport shuttle was a huge bonus.

Everything was very clean and the bed was comfortable. Very nice shower. We had a lovely breakfast but otherwise we were there less than 24 hours. It was just what we were looking for.

The drinks and food I found very expensive and the waitress from the bar were not up front with the prices. The Hotel is new and clean but if you are a light sleeper I don’t recommend it. You will hear all the traffic all night long.

Good place for a short stay if you fly in late or fly out early
