Lovely renovation to the appearance, however the service lacks quite a bit . There were NO towels or waters in our rooms. The coffe maker wasn’t working. Bottega restaurant was lovely though.

We struggled with wifi on our room. They sent someone to fix it but it only worked temporarily. I told this to the staff at checkout and they did not care at all.

I didn’t stay at the hotel because my late night flight to Monterrey was cancelled and no other flights going out. I kept trying to call the hotel directly but the number listed in website just rang and rang and then wld disconnect! I called Expedia who made the reservation and after many attempts to contact them they refused to cancel and charged me one nights stay!!!! I’ve stayed there before and like it but this decision will make me rethink and consider a different hotel

Hotel was great centrally located and in the middle of a shopping center prices were very fair and accommodations were great. Breakfast buffet was also very nice.
