Clean room, great staff, great location. Nice breakfast options. Hotel gym was sort of limited. Patio overlooking the street was noisy and got poor light, did not use. Overall a good stay and would stay again, despite my limited complaints again.

This was a lovely place in a very nice location. Very clean. Very comfortable. The staff was exceptional and made everything about the stay so easy.

As comfortable, beautiful and service oriented as this hotel is— in so many aspects— I had trouble getting to sleep and sleeping soundly due to noise from the street /balcony. I do recommend staying here, but suggest you book a room overlooking the delightful courtyard. This would make Ilum a perfect hotel in my opinion!

Great property with really friendly and helpful staff.

The staff was very nice and helpful and you can tell they are really trying to anticipate all their guests needs. The location was great. We were only there for one night so unfortunately we didn't get to try the breakfast or any of the amenities.

Wonderful experience. I will recommend Ilum 1000% . will be back for sure !

The staff made our stay truly wonderful. They were so helpful with anything we needed and gave us some fabulous restaurant recommendations. The breakfast was delicious with lots of healthy and fresh options. We would definitely stay here again if we ever visit Buenos Aires again.

Fabulous staff! Nice, clean hotel with comfortable beds

Very clean hotel with helpful and friendly staff. Location is good. Rooms need slight renovations and they need to update light switches and outlets. Non slip mat in bathtub was moldy. Very cute pool but sides of pool need cleaning (mold spots).

The service (every one at the reception) was outstanding!!! Very nice & clean. Great location.

The property was fine. There was a problem with getting back into the hotel at 10 pm at night. The door is always locked, there was nobody at the front desk to let us in. Meanwhile another 5 people arrived who wanted to check in, thankfully they knew somebody who stayed at the hotel, called him, so we got in after a 20 minute wait, otherwise we would have waited even longer!!!

Morning(especially manager) and breakfast staff were very unfriendly. The evening staff was wonderful.

Denise and Aldana at the front desk were helpful . Breakfast was delicious . Will stay there again .
