Customer service wasn't terrible but wasn't good either

i had a trade show to attend at Expo Guadalajara so I stayed in this hotel...it was less than 5 minutes walk, so it was perfect. The hotel is not luxurious, but rooms are clean, nice, hot water, they have a small cafeteria, staff very friendly and parking lot and the area is perfect in case you want to go to shopping malls or the downtown area...obviously you need a car to get around, but you are in the middle of all, so its not that far.. 100% recommended

Shower water temperature changes very hot to cold without touching. No refrigerator in the room tv and hair dryer not working. Poor air-conditioning

The Ibeurohotel is conveniently located right next door to Expo Guadalajara. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. There are no frills with this hotel, but it's a nice place to stay.

I'll be honest: Given the area where the hotel is, I was expecting something more; it's a small place compared to the hotels around it. But hey, I only really went there for 2 nights because of a quick trip I had to make to Guadalajara, and in that sense, the hotel delivers. I had a quiet stay, the staff was very friendly, and everything was fine. The only complaint might be the very small parking space, but well, it's a small hotel after all. I would go back to this hotel if I only needed to spend 2 or 3 nights in the city.

The people that have work there are very professional and the place is very clean.

Hotel was in bad shape. Bathroom reeked of humidity and staff were rude. There was a day they forgot to put toilet paper and another ocassion we went to purchase water and the staff was not friendly. Stay away

I gave this review because the flight was cancelled and I called the hotel to cancel and because I made the reservation throught Expedia.com I had to called.Expedia. Even rhough the flight was cancelled due to the hurricane and tornados in Houston, they told me the money was not refundable. So, they charged me for 4 nights and then they probably charged someone else for those same nights.
